looks like a great van project starter... get rid of the nose, put in a new fuel efficient engine, etc

 and upgrade the sliding door to something off a new junkyard van

Driving school cut away model... from the 50s.. I bet driving schools haven't shown students one of these for understanding how cars work, since the 70s

 I'm going to guess, that no one wants to spend anything near 2800 for this

very impressive how simple a model t was, and how cool it would be for a high school or college project to remake it with new wood, and then refurb all the metal parts

Probably only worth 2k. Maybe less. I haven't looked at the Model T Facebook page in a while, but, the ones that are in good running condition, because there are SO DAMN MANY still on the road, seem to go for around 5k

 

Here's a 40, that would be a good project to start with... but 25k? Hell no. There are some in running condition always popping up at the dozens of auctions every year, for far less

Honestly, why would anyone start with this Crosley for a project... instead of just looking around for one that is in better shape?

 

Dang it, there is some nice stuff that's on the market for a new generation

 

I saw this at the LA Roadster swapmeet... and wanted it just for it's cool factor, for my garage. BUT, the seller wanted about 80 bucks more than I figure it's worth

 I was right on what it's worth, there are a couple examples on Ebay for around 30 bucks.

this would make a GREAT booth counter at SEMA

an attention grabber this guy hopes will bring people into his booth

damn shame, these belong in a cool hot rod or racing museum, but I don't have one.

in the swap meet at the LA Roadsters show today, at the Pomona Fairplex, I came across 3 full sets of Hot Rod magazine... this booth had one on hand, plus some other cool stuff! The (ASKING) going rate for a complete set is 1k. No one I talked to had a buyer yet
