Well after a total lack of cardmaking this week due to working long days and sleeping over I am pleased to say that I actually managed to create my card for our new challenge at Bah! Humbug! This week we are focussing on snowflakes. Always a winner on a Christmas card as they are so beautiful both as embellishments or the focal point of a card.
Materials used...
- The very last piece of my favourite snowflake DP which was originally sent to me by my blogging friend Elaine so I really don't know the make. I used it to cover the base of the card and also to form a backdrop for the embossed vellum
- Cuttlebug snowflakes embossing folder used on vellum
- Sentiment stamp by Rubbadubbadoo - stamped on to DP under vellum (much easier to read in real life than appears on photo)
- Clear gemstones to embellish embossed piece and centre of punched snowflakes
- Snowflake punches in two sizes
- white card embossed using Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder

Your lovely icy blue paper is beautiful behind the embossed vellum. A have created a real snowstorm with all your snowflakes.
