Anniversary Card

A friend of mine at work loves the Magnolia Tilda series of stamps and as her anniversary is coming up she asked me to do a card using the Tilda and Edwin kissing stamp.
I used a design I have used once before for a photo card, but this time instead of a photo in the card there is Tilda and Edwin.
I wanted Edwin and Tilda's outfits to match the colours of the papers used so I stamped them on to the blue papers and then matted them on to the stamped images.

Another glitzy 21st card...

This one is an acetate card and was not easy to take a photo of!!!

The silver section was made using the 'Birthday' Cuttlebug folder. The tag is matted on to a fluffy pink feather. The space at the bottom is left for the recipient's name.

Glitzy 21st card

Not a challenge card this time - a friend has asked me for a 21st card for her niece's birthday. I'm trying to get a selection done for next week so that she has a choice. This is my first. The dress template is one I drew years ago, but I haven't used it for ages and decided to bring it out again. Notice the round corners - bliss - I have wanted a corner punch for ages and last week finally ordered one from Sharon Duncan at http://www.sharonduncan.co.uk/. Brilliant service and the punch is just wow - everything in the house is at risk of having its corners rounded.
The space at the bottom of the card is for a name - I like to personalise special event cards.

Thank you so much to great friends who have become followers of my blog. Love having you around.
