I wasn’t sure what I was going to use this card for so didn’t put a sentiment on it yet. I wonder if it would make a good get well card?

What do we think of in the middle of a heat wave? something cool is what I think of and christens is a favourite time for me. So to have Christmas in July is a treat. Clear it Out Tuesday is challenging your to make a Christmas card and the stash item is GLITTER. Don’t we all love glitter. Ultra fine glitter, chunky glitter or even stickles the choice is yours. The sponsor for this challenge is Stitchy Bear Outlet.
The image I used is called Snow Cuddles, it looks so soft and serene. I coloured the image with Copics and spectrum noir markers. I covered the image with double sided tape then added ultra fine glitter from Glitter Ritz. this technique is called Burnished Velvet.
I’m not sure if the picture shows how glittery this is but it sure does in real life..
I also used a layer of glitter cardstock to the front of the card, just for added glitter,
Thanks for stopping by today and it’s time for you to have fun with glitter and make us a Christmas in July project.
Shopping Our Stash is asking “What can’t you put down?”, What tool, technique, colour or sketch can’t you put away? Mine is my Ovals, I have all different oval dies and it’s my go to die to use for cards, now I also seem to be using a lot of pink too.
The image I used is from Bugaboo love those cupcakes.

Happy Monday, I hope you had a great weekend!! We had a ovely Saturday but Sunday was rain and some sun. It didn’t matter to me I was in trying to make some cards before leaving for home for a few days. Using a background paper from Coosty Creations at Stitchy Bear Digi Outlet
I made a simple card so the beautiful orchid digi paper is the star. For being a CAS card it sure took me a while to make it, most of the time was trying to thread the needle to sew the buttons on.
I finished the inside to mirror the front
