Limana Games - Kickstarter Update

Limana Games announced new additions to their War of Wonders Kickstarter:

We read your feedbacks and understood that you deserve more: here we add two more Meta-Humans to the initial goal: German Dr. Nachtmahr and US Prodigy Firefly.
Dr. Nachtmahr is an infamous scientist that developed a wicked process to reanimate the corpses of fallen soldiers, to send them back into battle like mindless zombies. This is a UNIQUE MINIATURE that will be available only through this Kickstarter! Previously unlocked with an advanced stretchgoal, we add it as a thank you to all our backers.
Firefly is a Natural Prodigy: he didn't get his powers with the Wunderkammer's mutation process but he was born with them. He's an undisciplined hothead with pyrokinesis powers, able to manipulate and create flames. You got a glimpse of this Meta-Human in our box art at the top of our Kickstarter's page.
Dr. Nachtmahr and Firefly will be available with the initial batch of figures produced through this Kickstarter when we hit 4.500 € again.

War of Wonders - Kickstarter Announcement

The War of Wonders Kickstarter will launch on May 6th:

Mind the date: 2015 May 6th.
It's time to get to the front lines and prepare your enlistment form. Will you take part to the War of Wonders as a captain, a lieutenant or a privateer? Whichever your choice, remember you can always get more, just read the “Get a promotion!” section in the KS page.
Reaching the first goal will help us produce Meta-Humans Brunhild and The Flag, one Arisches Korps and one US Rangers squad (all soldiers will be multipose and with various weapon choices to personalize your squads). The stretch goals will allow the production of Japanese, Soviet and British army too! Have a look at the KS page to know more and what prizes we reserved to captain's pledge level and above.
Get ready, the KS-day is coming.

War of Wonders - Kickstarter Preview

War of Wonders is looking for feedback for their upcoming Kickstarter campaign:

The project's goal is 4,500 € to produce one US and one Nazi German squad and the Meta-Humans The Flag and Brunhild. Limana Press prepared six basic pledge levels labeled with army ranks, and five of them also have an Early bird option. For example, if you pledge fast and choose the Early bird “Natural Prodigy” level, you can get the same prizes of the Captain level for a cheaper price (20% off). There are two very interesting premium pledge levels too: with the Colonel you can have a squad and one Meta-Human ready for battle, painted by Limana's art studio; but the juicy thing comes with the Four-star General pledge level in which you can create your own superhero and you'll have a new miniature specifically designed and produced for you!
Something about the stretch goals: there are already twelve additional goals on the preview page. Stretch goals start at 5,000 €: the first additional miniature to be unlocked will be Water Village's Shinobi Yashamaru. At 6,000 € the first Japanese troop will be produced. The following goals will unlock the British and Soviet factions, and special troops for the US and Nazis.

War of Wonders - New Preview

War of Wonders presents their Japanese Crimson Dragons and a preview of the background:

In the Ardennes forest, a team of US Rangers storms a German scientific base in which the infamous Dr. Nachtmahr is working on unholy experiments that will allow him to turn the bodies of dead soldiers in flesh and steel hybrids: mindless zombies eternally faithful to the Reich. The US soldiers are lead by the brave The Flag. The Allied Forces headquarters are expecting heavy resistance around the base and chose to support him with the Natural Prodigy Firefly and Steelbullet in his Grizzly armor.
To oppose them, the Nazi set a two-layer defense line around the strategic base: the Wehrmacht and a full squad of Arischer Korps lead by Brunhild along with the most dreadful German Meta-Humans: the monstrous Fenrir and the terrifying Todes Maske, who is able to summon the very flames of Hell thanks to his magical Crystal Skull.
Battle can't be avoided, and there will be no mercy. Who will win the War of Wonders?

War of Wonders - Yashamaru Preview

War of Wonders presents Yashamaru:

Yashamaru is a shinobi from the Village of Water, master of the esoteric combat techniques and japanese martial arts. He's not only a fearful opponent in hand to hand combat thanks to his prowess with the katana, but he's also able to control and create water by condensing atmospheric moisture and turning it into fog, ice shurikens and even clones of himself. That's why fighting Yashamaru will be as hard as fighting against four opponents at once!
