Frothers United - 2014 Sculpting Competition

Frothers United announced this year's sculpting competition:

The theme is the denizens of the starport. This Starport could be a low tech place based on a jungle or desert planet. An industrial complex: either clean and shiny, or greasy and dirty. It could be floating station in the sea, sky or space. Wherever you imagine it to be, its Froth Eisley: A hive of froth and villainy.
So as not to limit the sculptor's creativity, we won't set any specific categories in advance, which would be nearly impossible, but will look at the entries we get and see which categories - if any - emerge from the submissions. You can enter as many different figures as you want.
For example, they could be human, alien, robot or equipment (within reason, we don't want a 28mm scale battleship - we would have problems casting it even in resin) They could even be the lower life form vermin inhabiting the station. Just remember if you want to win it will probably need to show more originality and skill than a Starport bubblegum vending machine.
Professional and Amateur may both enter – the angry young sculptors should be ready to humble their elder peers. They have done so in the past. So spread the word, they can't stop the signal, there is no power in the 'verse can stop them.
