GOOD NEWS- We just sold our house!
BAD NEWS- We have to be out in 30 days and we're still not sure where we are going!?
We are spending today going out with our realtor to look at already built houses to see if we can't find the perfect house for us without having to build right now. If we can't find something comparable to what we can build new, then we will still go ahead and build the house. If we end up building, because of it being the winter season when we start, it will take up to 6 month to finish. That means we would be renting a small apartment until it is done. That thought just makes me cringe because I will HATE throwing money away every month on a stupid apartment. UGH! I guess you just do what you have to do right?
I do have to say that I am grateful for answered prayers. The Lord truly is aware of me and my little family and he knows exactly what we need. Things have just been kind of falling into their right places lately with the house selling to a sweet couple. The husband is coming home from Iraq in three weeks and I hope our home will be a good home for him and his family. Also, the timing of the sell with Robert's recent promotion at work helps us more than I can say. We are feeling very blessed and we just hope that the Lord will continue to bless us by helping to find the perfect house for our family to move into. We are so looking forward to a new chapter in a new home!
