TCM Previews: Beautiful Hymns 2

Welcome to The Craft's Meow's May previews. Today we're showing a follow-up set to my popular Beautiful Hymns. I have included some more of my favorite hymns to this set that I hope you like, too.

I did the emboss resist on the background using Telegram, Celebrating You, Cherished sets. The white splash was achieved using Imagine Craft's Goosebumps.

Shabby, Pink Cards

I have a couple of cards today that were posted in the manufacturer blogs earlier. The first one uses my Spellbinders' Home Sweet Home dies and Asian M-Bossabilities . The hearts and sentiments are from SRM Stickers. You can find more info on the SRM blog. The papers are Basic Grey.

The next one was posted on the Want2Scrap blog. I used TCM's Celebrating You stamp set. Check out more info and the other card on the Want2Scrap blog.

Cheery Cards

I have two cards for you today that were shared in the Want2Scrap blog yesterday. I did a little bit of "surgery" to make the bling fit my needs. :) My first card uses the Want2Scrap Beautiful Bling Endless Waves as the flight trails for the stamped bees. These swirls are just perfect for that.

I stamped and colored with Copics The Craft's Meow Celebrating You stamps. I mounted them with foam dots and added a double bow for more dimension to my card.

My second one is a bright cheery flower card that uses the Want2Scrap Classy Corners Bling. I removed the side swirls to fit on the corner of my card. What do you think? I will use the swirls on a later project. I just love how the bling add elegance to the card.

I die cut the bottom of the red paper with Spellbinders Classic Edges 2 and Classic Decorative Inserts 4. I stitched some pleated twill ribbon and layered the stamped flowers and leaves on top. I added rhinestones on the decorative border and butterfly using Want2Scrap 72-count Silver Rhinestones.The sentiments (from The Craft's Meow's Timeless Tags set) was heat embossed with white on the bottom right side of the aqua panel.

Celebrating You and Winner

I have a little girl's card again for you today. It seems I never make enough of these. My girls are always invited to birthday parties and these cards are perfect for their friends.

I used some of my new Penny Black stamps on this card. I colored the little girl with Copics. The sentiment is from TCM's Celebrating You set.I stamped the music background on the main panel with light pink ink.

I paper pieced the balloons and banners with Crate Paper's Paper Heart collection. This little corner in my garden is a great spot to take a photo of my cards when it's not raining. The pink flowers go well with these little girl cards :).

Celebrating You Birdcage

It's been a great day of reunion and unpacking, so I'm a little late with today's post. My sweet husband brought me and the girls our goodies and left his beloved books behind, due to limited luggage space.What a guy! I am thankful to God for this life we've built together and I am indeed a blessed wife.

For my card, I used The Craft's Meow's Tweet of You and Celebrating You stamp sets. I also used Hero Arts Hydrangea card on the background. The papers are the brand new Miss Caroline by My Mind's Eye. I love these papers. I bought mine from Papers and Such and she shipped so fast even for me who's overseas.

I had to bling it up with some brown flourish by Want2Scrap. At first I thought it was odd to put a flourish there, but I am happy with it :). I just gotta have my bling :).
