Showcasing the La-La Land Crafts September Club Kit

Have you subscribed to the Club La-La Land Crafts Kits yet?  They are so super cute and I'm so lucky to be on the team so that I get to play with them to my hearts content!  We are showcasing the September Club Kit today and here are my two projects using it...

Isn't she adorable?  And I love the accessory stamps and dies in this kit too.  I die cut the branch twice - one in green cardstock and another in orange.  I snipped the orange leaves off and adhered them onto the green branch with foam pads to give it some depth.  The papers are by My Minds Eye and used my cloud folder for the background.

Here is my second card...

So for this card I used from the kit the Boo banner, leaf and fence dies.  I also used the sweet girl, haystack and pumpkin stamps.  The papers are by Authentic and I used a polka dot embossing folder for interest in the background.

Outfit: C03, C05, C07, C00, R20, R22

Pumpkins and hay bale: E02, E04, E08, E33, E37, Y21, YR23, YR27

Thankful for you

Here is my other DT card for the SugarPea Designs September release that I didn't manage to share last week.  This one is called Bountiful Blessings and here is my DT making using this sweet set...

I love this set!  She is so pretty and I love the straw poking out like that with her tilted head!  I used more My Minds Eye papers and  Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Border dies. The fishtail banner is by La-La Land Crafts Stitched Elements set.  The flower border is a pre-cut die by Doodlebug which I coloured with my Copics to match the papers.

There She Goes Happy Falls Blog Hop Challenge!

It's the start of  the There She Goes Blog Hop Challenges to show off all of the September new release!  Today we are showcasing a new set called Happy Falls by our designer turned illustrator Danielle Lounds!

Here is my Trendsetter make using this lovely set...

Such a sweet set!  I matched them up with My Minds Eye papers and embossed kraft cardstock with a Stampin' Up embossing folder (don't think you can buy it anymore).

New Whimsie Doodles challenge!

It's time for the new Whimsie Doodles November 2012 monthly challenge and this month we want to see your projects to do with holidays - any holiday you want but I chose Thanks Giving.  So here is my DT card using the new Cutest Pumpkin...

I just luuurve this gal and the sentiment that also comes with this cutie! I used papers from the Crate Paper School Spirit pad and also MFT Die-Namics Flat Bottom Clouds die and Notched Border die.  For the heart, I used the Lil' Inker Designs Of The Heart die and the ribbon is by American Crafts.

I know I've said it before, but I'm gonna say it again - I love Melyssa's brilliant sense of humour!  Creator and owner of Whimsie Doodles images, Melyssa, has created another winning release and this one is no exception.  Here is a card I made with one of the fab images...

This cute turkey is called Alternative Turkey and the sentiment is from the Turkey Talk set.  The papers are by Shery K Designs called Thanksgiving and I used my MFT Die-Namics Picket Fence, 1/4" Rosette Die and C.C. Designs Cutters Grass border die.

Day 3 of the Lil' Inker Designs blog hop!

What a cute couple, huh?  I just love his cute little tongue sticking out with that delicious bumper of food!  The perfectly matching sentiments come with them too.  This little darling is Sugar Kissed Cottage set is called Thanksgiving and I also used the Lil' Inker Designs Of the Heart Die.  Here's a close up of the sweet couple and the whole stamp set and die too...
