Bodysuits for Baby and Hippopotamuses

I bought plain white baby bodysuits and decorated them with heat transfer vinyl.
I cut the animals out on my KNK cutter and then used an easy press to adhere them to the bodysuits.
The model for the bunny was a crochet bunny I made a few weeks ago. The teddy and chick were also drawn from scratch but I altered clip art for the zebra and elephant.

Crochet Bunny

I finished the little bunny, it's not the neatest crochet you will have seen but I am pleased because I managed to follow a pattern. Well almost. I put the head on the wrong way round. The instructions for full completion were not all together so I missed something. I had read it previously but then forgotten it at a crucial time. Still I don't suppose the baby will notice. I got the pattern from the book Edward's Menagerie by Kerry Lord.

Sock Bunny

As you can probably tell from the title this bunny is made from a sock. In fact he was made with all recycled or upcycled bits apart from the stuffing. The bow was from a card or chocolates, the collar was a leftover ribbon from another project. His face and ears are also from something old, but can you guess what?

I will confess though, he is not the best made bunny in the world. All hand sewn very quickly.
