Hey, everyone!
I am participating in a blog hop Angel challenge with a winter theme! I am so excited! My soon to be sister-in-law, Hannah, let me play with her Sprigs stamp set (T-2676). As soon as I saw them I knew I wanted to make a card using a reverse masking technique that I had learned a year ago. One of my favorite things about using this particular stamp set is how versatile it is. You can use the sprigs with stars for 4th of July or New Year's party invitiations, the flowers can be for spring or wedding themes, the hearts would be great for Valentine's Day and that is just the beginning! You can create so many different cards for special occasion, birthday, get well or just because! Mix and match the sprigs and create your own bouquets. I definitely added this stamp set to my WISH LIST.
I thought it might be kind of fun to use my scallop circle punch to create a neat effect. I used Water Lily Green (TT-212) on this 4"x4" card. The sprigs are stamped in Noir Palette Ink (TT-220) and then I added Prisma Glitter (A-287) to give the stars a little shimmer. The Christmas Blessings sentiment is from a retired TAC stamp set. The cardstock is Premium White Cardstock (V-290).

Here is a close-up of the stars. It's not the best picture in the world and the cardstock sort of looks ivory for some reason but in real life it's very shimmery and the cardstock is bright white!

Now that you have seen my creation for the December Angel Art Winter Theme blog hop challenge, why not hop on over to the other Angel blogs to see all the great stuff they created, too?
