We all enjoy a celebration! What better occasion to celebrate than for the Make A Child Smile organization to turn 10 years old!!! Will you join me in making cards for these precious children?
A simple card can brighten their day and put a smile on their beautiful face! You can make that happen with just a few minutes of your time, a note to let them know you are thinking of them and that you care about them! You don't HAVE to make a handmade card, but there are many of you out there that truly enjoy paper crafting! Just about any card will be great but PLEASE REMEMBER that these children have very serious conditions, therefore GET WELL SOON cards are not appropriate. Some of these children just will not get better, so we don’t want to send those kinds of cards!!
I will be celebrating at our STAMP OUT CANCER and CROP FOR A CURE fundraiser on Saturday, May 17. We'll be stamping and scrapping from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. If you are attending the fundraiser, you'll be able to earn an extra ticket when you make a card for one of these precious children!!!
