Braid Bread, braid salty cake

You will need:

300 ml of milk,
200 ml of water,
30 g yeast
5 tablespoons oil,
3 teaspoons of salt,
flour as needed,
100 g of margarine,
1 egg yolk,
1 teaspoon sesame,
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
1 teaspoon flaxseed,
½ teaspoon black pepper.

Preparation:

In 100 ml of warm milk dissolve the yeast and leave to swell.
Mix the remaining milk and warm water.
Add salt, oil and grown yeast.
Gradually add flour, knead the dough until becomes smooth.
Leave on warm to stand for 60 minutes.
Divide dough into three parts.
By rolling pin, develop every part of dough, spread margarine mixture, roll each dough and make a braid.
Place in anointed baking dish to stand on a warm for 30 minutes.
Spread egg yolk, sprinkle with red pepper, sesame seeds, flax seeds and black pepper.
Bake until golden brown.

Bajadera of white chicken meat

For bajadera with chicken white meat is needed:
Bajadera of white chicken meat 
600 g of chicken white meat,
mustard,
200 ml sour cream,
100 g cheese,
200 g ham,
2 eggs,
salt.

Prepare bajadera as follows:


Cut the steaks and whisk white meat, salt them and sort them in a greased ovenproof dish.
Prepared chicken coat with mustard and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
Grate cheese over it.
Sort ham and spread with mustard.
Cut cheese into slices and put over the ham.
Whisk eggs with sour cream and pour over all.
Bake in oven at 200 C until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
Allow to cool and cut as Bajadera.
