For this fruit cake is needed:

Bark:

6 eggs,
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons ground walnuts,
6 tablespoons flour
1 sachet of baking powder (15 g).

Filling:

400 to 500 g of sugar,
1.2 l of water (1200 ml),
700 g blackberries,
3 fruit pudding.

This fruit cake prepared as follows:

Foam whisk eggs and sugar.
Gradually add nuts and flour mixed with baking powder.
Deliver the mixture into a greased baking sheet sprinkled with flour.
Bake at 150 C.
In a saucepan mix the water (1200 ml) and sugar (400 to 500 g) and let it boil.
When it boils, add the blackberries and allow to boil again.
From the mixture, separate 200 ml of syrup and pour over crust.
The mixture of water, sugar and blackberries cook for another 15 minutes.
Add 3 fruit pudding mixed with water.
When the filling thickens, remove from the top, leave to cool, stir and pour over crust.
Serve cold.

Tart - Blackberry Cake

Tart (Blackberry Cake)

Easy recipe for blackberry cake that acts very refreshing.

For this fruit cake is needed:

Crust:

7 eggs,
7 tablespoons of sugar,
7 tablespoons flour
1 sachet of baking powder.
Tart (Blackberry Cake)

Syrup:

Two cups of sugar,
Three cups of water.

Filling:

1 liter of yogurt,
500 g of sugar,
400 ml sour cream,
700 g of blackberries,
5 tablespoons cornstarch,
a little water
2 whipped creams.

Prepare this Blackberry Cake as follows:

Crust:

Whisk eggs and sugar and add the flour and baking powder.
The obtained mass pour into greased and flour sprinkled baking sheet and bake.

Syrup:

Mix two cups of sugar and three cups of water and leave on fire to boil.
Pour hot syrup on cold crust.

Filling:

Mix yogurt and sugar and allow to boil.
Add sour cream and blackberries and cook until berries are tender.
Add cornstarch dissolved in water and cook stirring until thickened.
Pour over crust and allow to cool.
If desired, decorate with whipped cream.

Instead of blackberries, for this cake you can use raspberries, cherries or other fruit.


Who likes this cake, probably he'll like summer cherry tart with refreshing yogurt filling and juicy crust. The recipe is similar, only difference is that I put cherries instead of blackberries.
