500 g of barks,
500 g of cheese,
5 eggs,
1 sachet baking powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
100 ml of oil,
200 ml of mineral water.
Prepare muffins as follows:
Whisk the eggs.
Add crushed cheese, salt, oil, baking powder and mineral
water and mix well.
Roll crust and cut into pieces the width of one finger.
Separate pieces in strips and and mix stripes with the
prepared mixture.
Oil molds for muffins, pour the mixture into them and bake
at 200 ⁰ C until golden brown.
