Intercontinental Chocolate Cake


This is the recipe for chocolate cake from scratch.


Intercontinental Chocolate Cake

For the crust is needed:

20 egg whites,
20 tablespoons of sugar,
40 tablespoons ground walnuts,
4 tablespoons flour,
30 g of baking powder.

20 egg yolks,
25 tablespoons of sugar,
6 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons cornstarch,
20 g of vanilla sugar,
1.2 l of milk,
375 g of margarine,
200 g of powdered sugar,
200 g of ground biscuits,
250 g ground walnuts,
200 g of chocolate,
100 g of raisins.

For the glaze is needed:

100 g of chocolate,
a bit of margarine,
2 tablespoons milk.
Intercontinental Chocolate Cake 
Prepare this chocolate cake as follows:

Whisk 5 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar in the firm snow.
Add 10 tablespoons ground walnuts, a tablespoon of flour, 10 g baking powder and stir gently ladle.
Pour mixture into baking pan coated with baking paper and bake the crust.
In the same way bake three more crusts.
In a bowl whisk the egg yolks 20 to 25 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons flour, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and two sachets of vanilla sugar, and cook up in the milk.
Allow cream to cool.
In particular, whisk butter with 200 g of powdered sugar and combine with cooled cream.
Divide filling into 4 parts.
In one part add 200 g of ground biscuits.
In the second part add 250 g ground walnuts.
In the third part add 200 g of melted chocolate.
In the fourth part add 100 g of raisins.
Fill cake in the following order:
Crust, cream with nuts, crust, cream with chocolate, crust, filling with ground biscuits, crust, filling with raisins and icing.
Decorate as desired.

Dear visitors,

it's been almost a year since I published the first recipe on this blog.

During the year, there was beautiful and interesting recipes, but also those of others.

Thank you for your visits, comments, criticisms.

All this influenced the changes in appearance and design of blog and the recipes that I publish. 

In general, I think that it contributed positively to the quality of the Easy Recipes.

I hope that we will continue to socialize and to enjoy good food and easy recipes in the 2012th.

On the end, in order to help you in selection, I have prepared a list of recipes for the New Year.
