Company Showcase!

I absolutley LOVED the Vibe's year end Company Showcase!  It's a showcase 

of all the Comapany teams and it was awesome.  They threw in some new dances that 

the kids learned in a couple of weeks.  Olivia had a new hip  hop piece "chain hang low" 

that she hadher own little solo in! It was AWESOME!! She has some sweet hip hop moves!

and another piece at the end "greatest love of all" with the whole dance companies!  

it was incredible!  

We had some awesome support come and watch her dance.  Nana came along with 

Aunt Heather and lucy and lotte. 

It was also ms. Alexis' last showcase, because she is moving to Las Vegas.  

She has been olivia's dance teacher since she was 4!  

we will miss her.

Spring Recital...

Ivy was looking so forward to dancing on stage with her big sissy!  I was 

worried she would be shy and not do it.  She LOVED having her make up done

and red lips! {i know, this could be trouble!}  

The girls looked darling and so excited to have their family out in the audience to watch them dance.

The Recital was at the Covey Theater, it's pretty big so i was so surprised at how 

darling Ivy was.  She did fabulous!  She danced to "hot hot hot"  and olivia 

was amazing of course and did 4 dances that night.  2 of her company pieces and 2 

combos of Jazz and ballet.. Pretty impressive.  She had to learn lots of dances this year

and she did great!  

Love watching my girls dance, but love even more that they have cousins & friends

to share this experience with...

She is leaving for a couple of years to school with her hubby and then she will be back.  

we will miss her so much, she really is such an amazing teacher.

Dance competitions...

We had an incredible dance season this year!  Olivia has improved so 

much and i die at her darling dances.  She's getting so flexible and her technique

is so amazing.  My favorite of all 3 is her Hip Hop "Swag" it's the cutest thing

EVER!!!  I die!!   She can put on some gansta and i had no idea! 

Love her amazing teachers and we usually win 1st or 2nd in all dances... plus 

all the overalls!  

3 dance competitions, a recital, and dance showcase this year and she

 danced in the pre show for "Floored"

she definitely got some good dance time in.

 One of the best parts about this year is Olivia gets to dance with 2 of her cousins at these 

competitions and her very best friend Tessa!  She had a blast this year!!

Polar express day at Pre School...

This time of year is always SO much fun, {busy too} buddy our 'elf on a shelf' showed 

up one morning with Christmas jammies for the kids!!  

It worked out perfect because Ivy had Polar Express day at her pre school that day.  

She was so excited to wear her new Christmas jammies to school.

after Ivy's school party we had cute little performances from Olivia's Company team at the Vibe.  

It was so fun to see what they've been working on and i can't wait for competition time now!  

Olivia did awesome!  Ivy's was the following day and she did great.  I ended up video-ing

 her dance so no pictures of that.  boo!

Ivy has been dying to go to dance at the Vibe with Olivia!  I kept telling her when she turns 4. 

 So she was reminding me like crazy when she had her birthday.  

When i signed her up they had a time when Olivia went so it was very convenient, we gave it a try 

 and she LOVES it so much.  The girl can dance!

Mrs. Cassie is her teacher and we LOVE her so much!  Ivy can already do a backbend and

yesterday she told me she did a "Sache" {she was so proud}

Olivia is going on her 4th year of dance.  She loves dance!  Liv does Hip Hop and Jazz 

and is now adding Ballet to her classes.

Dance company Showcase

miss livi had her Dance Showcase in June at the Covey Center of the Arts.  

It was so fun to watch all the amazing dance companies! 

 we were missing our cute nieces Charlee

 {decided to take a year off} and Witney {she's on SYTYCD, watch and VOTE!}  

Olivia's bff Tessa came to watch her perform.  She is trying out with olivia to be on the 

same dance company at Vibe this next year! yeah!

Olivia danced so good and we all loved to watch her!

NATIONALS!!!

We finally had our last dance competition of the season on mothers day weekend!

It was Nationals!

we took first place in so many dances and won overall in

 "Say Hey" & "Teach me  how to shimmy"

we pretty much swept the stage with trophies! that was so much fun for the girls to see!

Way to go VIBE!!! 

Lagoon!!!

Olivia had a Dance Competition at Lagoon.  My boys had Lax and baseball games so i 

went with my girls up to Lagoon all day!   

We decided to make a day of it and ride the rides in between and after.  

My sister Jill and her daughter Camry were with us too.

so after Camry and Olivia were done dancing we ran to the rides!!

Olivia was brave and went on a bunch of older rides.  first time for "the bat" and she loved it!

Ivy had never been to Lagoon, so now we can check that off of our summer bucket list! ha!

olivia's company team also won "1st" place in all three dances 

and won "1st" place OVERALL in her "Teach me how to shimmy" dance!!   

GO VIBE!!  woo hoo
