birthday lunch!

lately we like to do birthday hikes instead of birthday lunches! Ha! 

Jenn was here from Hawaii and we were planning to go to the P!NK concert for my bday and 

then Pink cancelled her concert! ugh!  instead we had a fun time at "Thriller." 

The weather was beautiful and Jenn was dying to see the fall leaves and color in the mountains

so we went on a fun hike up south fork then met the girls at "tortilla bar" for lunch.  

It was delicious! 

love these girls and so grateful to have such good friends! 

and of course we had to bring our dogs... ha!

Mindy Gledhill Concert.

We had a fun girls night out with my girlfriends and our daughters.  I decided to just 

take Olivia on a fun mother daughter date. ( too late for ivy) and we loved it!  

We listen to Mindy Gledhill all the time and LOVE her music.  

We ate at Communal in Provo and then walked across the street to the concert.

I loved spending the evening with my best girlfriends and their cute daughters. 

my cute little olivia can party all night, she did awesome, put her on my shoulders

for our favorite song. "whole wide world!" 

The WitchFest!

When the boys went off to the Priesthood the Girls went to Gardners Village!  It was a beautiful 

fall day and perfect for walking around looking for the Witches!

it was so fun for the girls to play together and shop in the candy store.  The Witches are

so cute and it's decorated so awesome there.  Lots of fun games, and face painting to add

to the festivities.

after we found the witches and got our faces painted we were off to Cafe Rio.

 I love having girls nights especially when one of our besties is visiting from Boston!!  

Jane came out for the Alt. design Summit in Salt Lake, so we stole her 

for a night to eat at 'La Jolla groves' and get some pedicures.  So fun to

spend some time with her and all these amazing women.

we spent a gno/sleepover for our janey at "the grand america"!

we did plenty of

laughing/eating/talking/eating & just making memories. 

one of my best girlfriends Jane and her darling family are moving to Boston in a few weeks.  

I've told her a hundred times, who is going to plan my summer volleyball nights,

 holiday parties, new years parties, girls lunches and many many 

more of our many festivities??!! 

i love this family! 

i love the memories & traditions we all share together as neighbors and friends.  

jane has the best heart and if you have the opportunity to be a part of her life, 

she will cherish you! she is a true & very loyal friend!

 one of my favorite memories is when kiana {her oldest daughter} would get home from

 school and come and hang out with me and watch

 'the suite life of zach and cody' while my twins were babies. 

 she was like my bff while i had to hang out at home with twin babies! haha

we would make quick runs to nordstroms cafe to get shakes and browse the shoe dept.  

all these kids have been such a fun part of my kids lives too.  i could go on

 about myla & boston making forts everywhere and playing in dumpsters. haha

We have such wonderful memories.

they will all be missed.  {sniff sniff}  

i always say this, but i feel pretty dang lucky to have the bestest friends ever.  

 dinner first at 'faustina'

then a movie 'something borrowed' {perfect girls night movie}

then off to 'juicy berry' at gateway.

our breakfast was fabulous!  look at those buttermilk pancakes, and they were amazing.

definitely worth the calories!

can you believe two of my "besties" are turning "40?"

{shhh, Roxy will freak that i said this}

Roxy is here visiting from Hawaii so we snatched her for an afternoon.  

It was fun to hang out with her kids who are getting so big!  

The kids loved seeing eachother, and don't mind us if we let them 

play hide -n- seek in "malawis"  pizza.

these girls are amazing and i loved spending the afternoon 

with then chatting and eating and then some shopping.

Berkshires Bunco ...

We had so much fun last night at our Monthly Bunco night with the ladies in the Neighborhood! Jane Hosted this Month and the food was so delicious, she made these yummy Parmesan cheese bowls, with Salad in them and the cookies were to die for!

I don't know how i do it {it's not Strategy} but i get a high score everytime! I love it too, cause then i get to be one of the first to pick a gift! I also think we all burned a ton of calories by laughing all night Long. Thanks girls for another fun night.

"BUNCO"

My Friend jane started up a Neighborhood Bunco night & i was the Host for the First Game! It was SOOO Much Fun, i loved it! We had so much fun just laughing and eating. Since i was the Hostess tonight i had the "Hawaiian Theme" with Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Potato Salad, Macaroni salad, Fruit and Strawberry Daqueri's....MMmmmmm it was so good!
Oh yes and guess who was the winner of the Most Bunco's....ME!
We had super cool prizes to choose from!

I had ordered this Fruit Boquet from Fruit Creations, and it turned out so Cute, and Good too.

Yes, they were Virgin Strawberry Daquri's!

A night for "The Girls"...

My super Cute, Festive and Creative friend Jane had her Annual "Pomander" party tonight!
They are so fun to make and just nice to have some Adult Conversation. They turned out so cute and i love how they smell up my kitchen. We had "Bombay house", and "Sam Hawk" (korean food) for our dinner and just chatted, & laughed the night away.
