WALK - 2 - PRISON!

Engkorang ni buat Walk-4-Freedom minta Akta Hasutan dihapuskan! Tapi diwaktu yang sama engkorang minta Datuk Ibrahim Ali dituduh dibawah Akta Hasutan! Mana satu yang engkorang nak ni! Aku ni tak lama lagi dah nak buat Walk-2-Penjara dah ni! Fenin aku....fenin!!!

Salam 2 all.

Teman mencabar Bar Council dan juak-juak extremis liberal yang ditaja dengan dana asing - make up your mind!

Apakah apabila Akta Hasutan kena batang hidung kamu, segera kamu minta ianya dihapuskan; tetapi bila ianya menguntungkan kamu dari segi politik, kamu pula mendesak Akta Hasutan digunakan?

Inilah amalan politik cakap tak serupa bikin dan putar belit politik mainan pembangkang!

Adios amigos, grasias senor!

FORMER SENIOR POLICE OFFICERS & LAWYERS CONDEMNED BAR COUNCIL'S ANTI SEDITION ACT WALK-4-FREEDOM!

Retired police officers and several lawyers have objected to any move to repeal the Sedition Act, saying it was needed to protect Islam, Bahasa Malaysia as the national language, the position of the rulers, the rights of Malays and other Bumiputeras as well as legitimate interests of other communities.

They also condemned the Malaysian Bar’s anti-Sedition Act actions, including its motion calling for the law to be abolished as well as yesterday’s march.

"The repeal of the Sedition Act like other laws will be a colossal mistake, unhelpful, a setback for the continued peaceful co-existence between the communities and will lead to anarchy," the group said in statement today.

Among the signatories are the nation's longest serving inspector-general of police, Tun Hanif Omar, retired police commissioners Datuk Othman Talib and Tan Sri Zaman Khan.

Also in the list is controversial lawyer and former Perkasa vice-president Dato' Zulkifli Noordin.

The Malaysian Bar had at its extraordinary general meeting on September 19 passed a motion to abolish the law.

Yesterday, hundreds of lawyers took part in a walk for peace and freedom before presenting a memorandum to a minister outside Parliament.

In their statement, the group said the Bar's stand to repeal the law was tantamount to an affront to the basic structure of the supreme law of the land.

"We strongly condemn the action of the Bar in passing the motion and organising the walk," the statement read.

They said the views expressed by the Bar that the sedition law was inconsistent with freedom of speech as guaranteed in the constitution were misguided, misconceived and erroneous in fact and in law.

The Sedition Act, together with the repealed Internal Security Act, Banishment Act, Restricted Residence Act and Emergency (Public Order and Prevention of Crime) Ordinance have contributed to the maintenance of peaceful relations between different classes of Malaysian society, they added.

They further said the provisions in the Penal Code were insufficient to check on those responsible for causing disharmony, disunity and feelings of enmity.

The group also condemned the views and statements of bar associations of other countries and international law organisations on the sedition law, saying they were an affront to Malaysia's status as a sovereign nation.

They urged the government to reintroduce all preventive laws which had been removed from the statute book to preserve law and order. – October 17, 2014.

SATU LAGI PUTAR ALAM

Salam 2 all.

Wassalam.

Ex-PKR MPs to lead Umno roadshow in Selangor
By Debra Chong
July 08, 2010

KUALA LUMPUR, July 8 — In its push to recapture Selangor, Umno has roped in former PKR MPs Datuk Zahrain Hashim and Zulkifli Noordin to join its state-wide campaign to “expose” Pakatan Rakyat (PR).

Umno Selangor information chief Abd Shukor Idrus said the duo would be able to give a clear explanation to the public on current issues, particularly on political matters related to the state.

The former PKR MPs have formed what they say is an independent consensus in Parliament.

But while they remain independent, they have been pro-Barisan Nasional (BN) in attacks on their former colleagues.

By joining Umno’s roadshow, the independent MPs will cement their reputation as Umno and BN supporters.

Abd Shukor said the speakers would be able to open the public’s eyes to the “lies” created by Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in his bid to realise his personal goals.

“Only they know what happened, they used to be in the party, such as Bayan Baru MP Datuk Seri Zahrain Hashim and Bandar Baru Kulim MP Zulkifli Nordin,” Abd Shukor was cited as saying in the Umno Online web portal.

He said his party was not working to interfere with PKR’s internal affairs but to expose their “sandiwara” or stageplay.

“We don’t have to interfere so as to be trapped by their tactics,” Abd Shukor said.

The party’s aim was to point out what it terms as PR’s failure to live up to their pre-election promises over state development.

“This is part of Umno Selangor’s efforts to ensure Barisan Nasional succeeds in recapturing Selangor,” he said, adding the party would continue until the next general election.

The roadshow is scheduled to kick off this weekend in Selayang.

Zahrain and Zulkifli are among five lawmakers who exited PKR earlier this year. The former resigned while the latter was sacked for indiscipline.

The other PKR defectors are federal lawmakers Mohsin Fadzli Samsuri (Bagan Serai), Wee Choo Keong (Wangsa Maju) and Penang state assemblyman Tan Tee Beng (Nibong Tebal).

LAPURAN PALSU MALAYSIAN INSIDER

Salam 2 all.

Wassalam.

Ibrahim Ali, 2 ex-PKR MPs to campaign for BN
By G. Manimaran, Bahasa Malaysia Editor

HULU SELANGOR, April 18 — Perkasa president Datuk Ibrahim Ali and two ex-PKR MPs, Datuk Seri Zahrain Hashim and Zulkifli Noordin, will join the Barisan Nasional (BN) Hulu Selangor by-election campaign this Friday.
Ibrahim, the independent Pasir Mas MP, has already launched his own campaign a few days ago. He told reporters that he will go on the stump in Batang Kali tonight.
The Malaysian Insider understands both Zahrain and Zulkifli will campaign upon their return late this week from the United States, where they joined Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak in launching a Malaysia-US caucus.
Zahrain walked out of PKR in February while Zulkifli was sacked last month. Two other MPs have also quit PKR this year.
Ibrahim (picture) said he will campaign until the eve of the April 25 polling day and has arranged several programmes to help the BN candidate P. Kamalanathan.
Kamalanathan, who is MIC information chief, had controversially told an online news portal that Ibrahim’s Malay rights group Perkasa did not impinge on the rights of others.
A number of Malaysians have debated his statement online, ridiculing him for his stance and for endorsing Perkasa.
Ibrahim’s aide pointed out the lawmaker was campaigning as an independent MP and not as Perkasa chief.
“Datuk Ibrahim is with the BN campaign as an independent MP, not as Perkasa president,” the aide said.
The ex-Umno Pasir Mas division chief has previously campaigned for BN in the Manek Urai and Bagan Pinang by-elections.
