So I had the chance to resume our ongoing warhammer fantasy roleplay campaign a couple of weeks ago. I had been waiting eagerly for this since my character, Gregor Mc Connor, a former pit fighter turned judiciary champion was now quite experienced and there were a few matters still on hold

Hey all, a quick and easy one this time, just a palette cleanser to remind me howfun and pleasant those old citadel models are, after painting bulks or big models, this one felt so refreshing !

BOYL exclusive Necromancer by Bob Olley

Hey all ! I'm in the middle of a stupid number of projects at the moment but I wanted to clear a few items rapidly lately. One of which is going through my BOYL exclusives and getting them all painted to show some gratitude ! Amongst the ones I hadn't painted, there was this Necromancer by the incredible Bob Olley from BOYL 2022 (iirc).

Return to Bogenhafen and road to the Giants' kingdom !

So following our last session in the Mines of Karak Ture, our warhammer RPG party has been hitting the road again after a well deserved rest.
The following events loosely follow some elements from the imperial campaign, the ennemy within and all, if those elements seems familiar, here's the reason, I have never played or read those scenarios though so spoiler alert !

So on the last WE of June, a group of friend and I were able to resume our ongoing campaign of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay ! If you haven't or don't remember much of it, you might want to read the first episode HERE.
Just like everyone on earth, Covid, world chaos and all sorts of non sense have postponed many games andhobby events so after our last game in 2020 it was an absolute blast to get the band back together to continue our adventure where we had left it !
To celebrate this we decided to dress up accordingly so here are our players :
Tauron (elf), Moyra (Elf), Ungrim (dwarf), Torbure (dwarf), Ced (Game master) and Gregor (human, also me)

missing Harandil our mage who was positive with Covid and had to  play via visio the whole week-end, the hero.

Fantasy dwarf band

Ever since my last Mordheim campaign, I knew I wanted to build a dwarf band. But you probably know how life gets in the way and this project somehow got postponed for about 5 years, yikes !
that does mean I was able to add a few models I deemed worthy to my selection and it was a very satisfying moment to finally scratch all those off the list !

Empire mercenary band - Mordheim

Alright, one project done ! After doing the first 6 members if this band in groups of 3 I thought I had the colour scheme well in hand to finish the last 7 in one go !

this takes me to a total of 13 (eeew scary...) and provides me with many options to grow the band throughout a campaign I hope.

Shadows under Bogenhaced - Immortal... Immortal !

Last WE was one of those a few friends and I had been eagerly waiting for over the past year. We had the chance to have a rather long gaming WE (starting on Tuesday evening till sunday morning).
The game played was a Warhammer Fantasy Role Play (WHFRP) scenario, part of a broader campaign, this was my first game in this campaign while other players had already quite a few games under the belt but there was absolutely no way I could let this opportunity go to play with great people with excellent models on the most fascinating table I've seen !

Mordheim Mercenary band

Greetings all, I'm pretty chuffed to be able to show you the start of this new project ! It's been taking a while as a back burner but now I feel like I have the good hang of it and should be able to move at good speed !

I've wanted to do an empire/mercenary band for Mordheim for a while now and have been slowly collecting the right models to convey the particular vibe I wanted to channel.

Dunkeldorf characters and new horizons

So after painting a classic ogre and bear for a friend, I thought I could finally finish these three guys I meant to paint for another friend !

You might remember the excellent kickstarter from Dunkeldorf earlier this year, well I was lucky enough to get a review package loaded with nice stuff ! The kickstarter aimed at providing players with all the NPC's and civilians any good Role Player might want to encounter (or maybe you do wan to play them after all ^^). Being well into warhammer RPG, mordheim and that sort of stuff, this looked awesome, just check :
