Good evening! I hope you had a fantastic Saturday!!! We had a nice leisurely day, did a little shopping and stopped at On The Border for dinner. It's nice when you don't have anything that you "have" to do. Tonight I decided to make a
Birthday Card for Dad. His birthday is in a couple of weeks and I found the perfect sketch at
Seize the Birthday to make him a card. Now, you should know that my family raises sheep and when I found this
Tractor Sheep digital image by Doodle Pantry I knew it would be perfect. The image came with a pre-coloured version and it matched the papers I wanted to use, so this card went together pretty quickly. I made this card a little larger to fit the oval shape horizontally like the sketch shows. The finished size is 5" x 6.5".
My card is entered into the following challenges:
Birthday Card for Dad Supplies:
- Paper: Very Vanilla, Whisper White and Pool Party card stock by Stampin' Up!, Kraft card stock and Hay patterned paper by The Paper Studio, and Grandpa's Tool Shed patterned paper by Echo Park.
- Stamps: Tractor Sheep digital image by Doodle Pantry and Happy Birthday sentiment by Hero Arts.
- Inks: StazOn Jet Black
- Other Stuff: Big Shot, Square Lattice embossing folder, scallop circle punch, circle punch, YEE-HAW brad by The Paper Studio, Cricut machine (stars), and stampin' dimensionals.
