The Corrupt Labour Party of Liverpool-Vote Them Out.

Liverpool Labour Party-Corrupt To The Core. Drain The Swamp.

The process of governance has been hijacked in Liverpool and turned into a dirty rancid corrupt regime. We are only seeing the tip of the iceberg at present. There's a lot more below the surface.

The people of Liverpool those predominantly heartland supporters, who have been loyal to the Labour party have been stolen from on a scale that is hard to believe.

Unless you have been reading our citizen journalism here that is.

In a pandemic, urgently needed money for old peoples homes has been squandered and sent offshore in dodgy land deals, and services have been starved of funds.

This while The JoeAnderson fat cat cronies have been coining it, people have had to go to food banks to survive.

All the Labourites knew about it, and did nothing.

Even Trade Unionists it has been alleged were part of the corruption. The corrupt veins of a system of deceit from council leaders to officers right down to ward councillors.

And all those people who say they didn't, know about it.

And should go and hide their heads in shame.

Never a more arrogant bunch of deceitful people have been gathered together to line their own pockets as is The Labour Party of Liverpool.

And part of the blame lies with the people who voted for the uneducated shysters in the first place.

When Jenrick announced in special sitting of the House of Commons and that he was to send commissioners into the city. Liverpool MP's were lining up to zoom in to Parliament and tell everyone that its not all bad. Well it is.

And they must have known about it.

And if they didn't then it was because they were turning a blind eye on it all while being paid huge fees by lobbyists to ask questions for big businesses operating on handouts from Liverpool Labour.

And while the good citizens of Liverpool were robbed of the money and land that they owned by right they filled their expense coffers. Some with claims for faux Leopard skin chairs on expenses. While some of their constituents were sleeping on the streets in the middle of winter.

While AlastairMachray the editor of the once proud Liverpool Echo gave them all the publicity needed to hide in plain. It took attention off the shysters. There should be a police investigation into how it was all mopped up by Machray and packaged as if there was nothing wrong. Pretending that “stakeholder partners” were working together, bringing jobs to the city. And all the time the educated manipulator was shrouding them. Delaying the length of time it took for them to get caught. Shame on you Mr Machray. And those buffoons who pretended they knew nothing.

Fences for the shysters. You are just as bad as the thieves.

As if it was not obvious Hatton, McKenna and they even had one of the Flanagans was the editor for a day.

Are the local press not supposed to investigate corruption, not facilitate it.

The Echo , well you cant call them journalists, looking for corruption. Its like putting mosquitoes in charge of malaria.

They may as well get the Labour party to investigate itself. Oh that's what they did. The cover up was complete. So corrupt politicians could operate at leisure as long as they didn't rock the boat.

Joe Back'Anderson said he had never taken a bribe in his life, when his son David was driving around in 100 grand car.

And all the Labour politicians had to do was set up a offshore numbered account and have the cash deposited there, out of sight.

Everyone in Liverpool knew about it. There was a wagon driving around, stopping outside the Echo, with trailer telling everyone about the corruption.

And they still got away with it.

Hatton was operating what should have been council services while the dumb fuckers in Oldham Hall street were saying how great it was that a get fit bike service was being paid for, by the people, out of their rates that they struggled to pay. While Hatton was running it sanctioned by Steve Rotheram the Metro Mayor and ex Labour MP.

Hard working parents juggling several jobs to help their children grow up with principles and morals while the dogs who were supposed to be representing them were robbing them.

There are no excuses.

And all the years we told you all what was going on. We started off with manners trying to make a difference. Engaging in an informative manner with the press. Then you realise that most of the shysters, masquerading as reporters, at the Echo are corrupt and you have to shout a bit harder.

W watch as nearly a billion pounds of European Objective One money is pumped into the system or should I say Neil Scales of Miserytravels coffers, A labour party councillor? and others.

Or David Wade Smith who, along with Neil Scales wasted six million quid setting up a Walrus Travel Card that did not work. Then the whole building cartel that closed ranks and robbed the city.

How did the Museum Carbuncle on the waterfront originally estimated at 21 million end up costing 80 million. And the Terminal Ferry carbuncle, not more than four walls cost 25 million. Yes £25,000,000. Its a 2 million pound job at most. And when anybody took the time to write to Louise Ellman and she blags them off, not interested.....ummmmm. Or was she the problem?

Then the attitude. Gary Millar fronting it out in China helping rob Chinese investors of their life savings. And PR'ing for Grosvener?

And Nasty Nick Small the most disgustingly bad mannered person is left to roam the city Central Ward. How has he got away with it? W

There should be a Liverpool Labour-wide Police Investigation. Maybe we are helping with inquiries.

Even as we spell this out there will probably be a turnout for Labour at the local elections and the dim wits who voted the same corrupt Labour bastards in will probably vote the same again. Walking into the booths with their brains on leads, without thinking too hard.

X marks the spot.

Yes you, you know who you are.

Think about what you are doing you have just been fleeced. VOTE THEM OUT.

THEY HAVE BEEN ROBBING FROM NURSING HOMES LIBRARY FUNDING AND DISABLED SERVICES.

Should Merseytravel Be Investigated By The Police?

That is a question we were asked the other day.

It now transpires that Herr Director Neil Scales sanctioned the purchase of a load of tat and bric a brac that had some vague relationship to the Beatles for 2 million quid of your money. See todays Weekly Ghost.
This was public cash.
Marc Waddington, now unshackled from the ambitious David Bartlett, who has been promoted, has done some good work lately.
Bartlett was very fortunate to take over Larry Neild’s phone who had been at the Echo for years.
We spoke to Bartlett who is now Andy Kelly’s assistant, on numerous occasions, sent him emails and questions to how Miserytravel’s finances were being run.
What did he do…..well not very much really.
Now Marc Waddington reveals how a further investigation into the running off the Miserytravel Gravy Train is to take place after more revealing allegations.

This is public money that has been used as frippery by the Directors of Miserytravel and it has gone on for decades.

Andy Kelly was a reporter when the Tram fiasco took place where Scales and Co wasted millions on steel tram lines that were never used. http://www.liverpoolcultureblog.co.uk/2009/07/merseytram-off-the-rails-for-good/

Neil Scales was the Moron who cut up U534 in a savage act of barbaric vandalism that renders it virtually worthless. http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/why-did-merseytravel-spend-42-million.html

Costing us many millions

http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/neil-scales-and-merseytravel-spend.html

Right in front of the noses of the local press. http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2010/06/u-534-cut-up-into-five-pieces-by-neil.html

In fact the local press almost welcomed it. They flirted with Scales publishing what his PR company told them. They took advertisments from Merseytravel.
We believe, the disgraceful October Communications now Aurora Media were PR for Mersetravel at one stage.
Who Larry Nield went on to work for effectivly becoming PR for Scales & Co.

Isn't it strange the way it all goes around in Circles. October PR for Neptune Developments.....who build the Black Coffins on Mann Island.
They were commisioned by Liverpool Vision and David Wade-Smith who was Director of Liverpool Chamber of Commersce and cost the taxpayer 6.5 million in a tragic team up with Merseytravel.
Neil Scales then becomes Liverpol Chamber Commerce Director.
Merseytravel move into the black coffins costing the taxpayer a fortune.......No wonder Private Eye call Liverpool Murkeyside.

Now Scales has buggered off to Australia….how convenient is that.

http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/neil-scales-buggers-off-to-australia.html

Where is he to anser question about his decisions.
http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/david-wade-smith-costs-taxpayer.html

Scales was mates with David Wade-Smith, one of Joe Andersons trusted advisors.

And why did Anderson not argue out the Miserytravel question when Councillor Dowd was under investigation?

http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/08/merseytravel-mark-dowd-and-his-expense.html

His legal team tried to gag us. Maybe Louise Outram head of Legal services at Miserytravel should answer a few questions too?

http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/merseytravel-try-to-gag-us-we-will-not.html

Miserytravel wasted a fortune on South Parkway Station.
The London trains cant stop there because after a 25million refurbishment the platform was not long enough http://www.liverpoolcultureblog.co.uk/2009/07/merseytram-off-the-rails-for-good/

The clowns even wanted to buy Ringo’s House http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/01/9-madryn-street-ringos-house-why-knock.html

In 2008 when they were paying 2 million for a load of Lennon bric a bra they were also commissioning art…well that’s not what most people would call it.

http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2009/07/liverpool-european-capital-ofbad.html
Ken Dodd with a kebab at Lime Street station as public sculpture.

You have to be a comedian to live here.

FERRY TERMINAL
So there is an investigation into how 2 million was wasted but the real question is how did Miserytravel spent 11 million quid on a Terminal Ferry Building that won the Carbuncle Cup award as the worst designed building of 2009.

http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2009/08/liverpool-wins-carbuncle-cup.html

http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2009/10/liverpools-pier-head-and-its-new.html

Those who were present at the Planning committee meeting when plans were passed, may recall how Doreen Jones, the Doyenne of World Heritage disaster, passed the plans, saying she had been blackmailed into doing so.
 What did that mean?
Larry Neild reported the committee meeting for the Echo.

More investigations need to be done on this World Heritage White Elephant that the Lennon tat was placed in.
Why did we need a Beatles Museum in a Ferry Terminal.

But will the local press continue their reporting and do some investigating, or just let it lie on the bottom shelf until someone else does the work for them.

SHOULD THE POLICE INVESTIGATE?

David Wade-Smith Costs Taxpayer £6.5million Quid

AND HE IS ON THE BOARD OF "THE DICTATOR" JOE ANDERSON'S MAYORAL DEVELOPMENT FUND

You cant make this up.
He is also the colleague of Frank McKenna's Downtown Liverpool in Joe Anderson's pocket, no wonder Private Eye keeps calling us Murkeyside. http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/frank-mckenna-in-private-eye-again.html
In 2012 it was announced that Wade-Smith would join Herr Dictator Uncle Joe Anderson.
The set-up is completed by Julia Unwin, chief executive of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, and city business leader David Wade-Smith.  http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/liverpool-mayor-joe-anderson-announces-3340224
It was also anounced that Robert Hough a Director of Peel Holdings would join the board. http://www.salfordstar.com/article.asp?id=448 and its not just Liverpool that suffers from Peel Holdings.
http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/03/david-wade-smith-carping-on-with-same.html Wade-Smith was a darling of the Daily Ghost who kept on building him up........Bill Gleeson. you really do have a lot to answer for.
David Wade-Smith was a Chairman of the nest of spivs that is the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/liverpool-chamber-of-commerce-and-its.html as was Neil Scales "the moron who cut up U534 and its him that should be sectioned" He didnt like that.
Anyway sue us if you want you incompetent devious bastard hiding in plain view, right under the noses of the press and those that turn a blind eye. Scales is the right name you slippery little devious man.
http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/merseytravel-try-to-gag-us-we-will-not.html We will not be gagged.
He also wasted £67,000,000 of our money on his hobby even Peter Elson was duped when he cut up the submarine rescued from the seabed intact and barged to Liverpool.
http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/neil-scales-and-merseytravel-spend.html

http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/neil-scales-buggers-off-to-australia.html Now he has buggered off to Austrailia

Today it is reported by the very paper that was promoting the Livesmart as the new oyster card the newly promoted
David Bartlett wrote
More than £6.5m of taxpayers money was wasted by transport authority Merseytravel on the purchase of a smart card company that never made any money.

An internal audit found that Merseytravel’s acquisition of Livesmart delivered “little tangible benefit” to the organisation or the taxpayer.
The ECHO has seen parts of the audit, which is being kept under wraps by Merseytravel.
The review, which was overseen by St Helens council, said “significant failings in corporate governance” by Merseytravel led to the huge loss.
The organisation is now in the process of winding up Livesmart and its chairman Liam Robinson, who took over last summer, admitted mistakes were made.
He said: “It is fair to say that Livesmart was not a successful commercial venture, giving little return for a significant investment by Merseytravel.
“We recognise that mistakes have been made in the past, but we are determined to examine them, learn from them, and make sure they are not repeated. That is the process we are following with Livesmart.”
Livesmart was founded in 2004 by businessman David Wade-Smith.
It ran the popular 08 Capital of Culture card scheme offering discounts to shops, retailers, restaurants and bars across Liverpool. Merseytravel first became involved in the company in 2006.
In 2008 the transport authority paid £750,000 to increase its stake in the company from 24.9% to 87%.
At the time Neil Scales, then chief executive and director general for Merseytravel, said: “This is a sound investment for us. It is a company of real potential.
“We are literally just touching the surface in terms of the potential for smart card technology.”
But the company spent the past few years racking up the huge losses with Merseytravel pouring money into the firm.
Mr Wade-Smith resigned from the company in October 2010, as did fellow director Carl Speight.
On the same day £441,000 was paid out to shareholders.
This was revealed in the company’s accounts for the year ending March 31, 2011.

HOW DID THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS?

Liverpool Chamber of Commerce-And Its Invested Interests. What You Dont Know Can Harm You.

Is the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce now a Collective Spiv for Peel Holdings?

http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.com/2009/07/liver-peel-conflicts-of-interest-begin.html

Liverpool Chamber of Commerce appoints top Peel surveyor to board

by Neil Hodgson, Liverpool Daily Post
May 3 2011
LIVERPOOL Chamber of Commerce has appointed a senior member of developer Peel’s team to its main board.
It will enable Peel development investment surveyor Ian Pollitt to forge closer links with the business community.
He said: “It is a great honour to be asked by the Chamber to join the main board, and I look forward to working closely with Chamber members over the coming years.
“These are both exciting and difficult times for the business community, and the Chamber is an increasingly important player.”
Liverpool Chamber chief executive Jack Stopforth said: “I am pleased to welcome Ian on to the board. The Chamber’s board prides itself on having many of the key business figures in Liverpool representing the city’s business community and Ian’s appointment will bring one of the city’s largest investors round the table to provide a valuable input into the Chamber’s management process.”

So the Chamber of Commerce that cant even add its own books up, the LCC the organisation that lost £750,000 last year  http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/views/liverpool-columnists/rex-makin/2011/01/28/rex-makin-things-seem-a-bit-stormy-at-liverpool-chamber-of-commerce-100252-28069770/ is thought of as being a organisation responsible for Liverpools Regeneration............more like a group of vested interested individuals, dole-ing out European Objective One money to each other.
Here is the crew that are promoting themselves and now it appears Peel Holdings through the new appointment.

The Earl of Derby DL (President) http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-suffolk-12860942

Jack Stopforth - Chief Executive, Liverpool Chamber of Commerce
 http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.com/2010/09/trevor-jones-and-hole-in-ground.html

The Earl of Derby is on the board....whats his interest then? He was a trustee of NML when they decided to build the new Carbuncle in the WHS.............and what else is he connected with, lets see, Oh the proposals for Hatchfields Farm  http://www.historicnewmarket.co.uk/lord-derbys-disingenuous-statements.html where it is said Lord Derby’s statements on his proposed Hatchfield Farm Development 26th January 2010 despite a campaign against it called save historic Newmarket. http://www.liverpooldailypost.co.uk/liverpool-news/regional-news/2011/01/13/get-on-board-liverpool-cruise-campaign-banked-by-earl-of-derby-92534-27977844/

Lord Derby at last came clean with the real reason for his plans to develop Hatchfield Farm last week in the Evening Standard (20th January). Save Historic Newmarket has been concerned since Lord Derby’s plans to develop Hatchfield Farm have come into the public domain that a number of statements have been made which are misleading.
Lord Derby is obtaining planning permission purely for financial reasons and does not as he says he has have the best interests of the racing industry at heart and a strong desire to deliver the government affordable housing targets. In the Evening Standard on 20th January: “Asked about his motives for the scheme, Lord Derby said’ Clearly Inheritance tax takes quite a hold on things, we have spent the past 15 years trying to improve the estate and clearly I carry quite a debt burden at the moment.”
Despite Lord Derby’s continual assurances that it is better to have a developer who understands racing, it has become clear after in depth studying of his planning application that he intends to sell Hatchfield Farm once he obtains permission:
Daily Telegraph, 18th December, Lord Derby is quoted saying: “And I would argue that it is far better to have someone who understands racing and its concerns working on this development than someone with no interest at all.”
On page 7, para 12.1 of this document (http://fhdcrw.onesuffolk.co.uk/NR/rdonlyres/D602021A-0C11-434C-8586-18229E298CEC/0/HSM85830.pdf)  contained within the 17-box planning application submitted by Lord Derby’s consultants to Forest Heath District in December , there was a line that indicates that Lord Derby will not be the developer but will sell Hatchfield Farm with planning permission to a developer.
“12.1 It is only possible to speak on behalf of Lord Derby and the Hatchfield Farm site. In this case, a planning application will be submitted shortly and it is envisaged that planning permission could be granted later in 2010, after the adoption of the Core Strategy. This will allow the site to be brought to the market in 2010/2011. For those reasons, the recession has had no impact on the delivery programme for Hatchfield Farm.”
Prior to the submission of his application, Lord Derby had publicly implied that the application was purely a housing development and had not raised the fact he was also intending it to be a significant mixed use commercial development. As well as 1,200 dwellings, the application comprises an 80 bedroom hotel, 27,000 square metres of offices, a cinema, restaurants, bars and retain outlets and a park and ride facility.
These will significantly increase all the traffic issues around Fordham road, where over 1,000 horses cross the roads daily and the urbanisation of rural Newmarket resulting in the demise of the town as HQ of racing. A summary of his application can be found on: http://www.historicnewmarket.co.uk/timetable-and-planning-application.html
Rachel Hood, Chair of Save Historic Newmarket said:
“Lord Derby has continually insisted that his motives are to help the government achieve its affordable housing targets and that he has insisted that he is the best developer for Newmarket as he is part of the racing industry. We have always disputed his “philanthropic” rationale and his developer credentials and plans. We are now clear that his motives are purely financial and he has no intention of being the developer - he plans to sell Hatchfield Farm once he has planning permission.
“I urge all residents of Newmarket to join Save Historic Newmarket Action Group in our efforts to stop this disastrous development for our town. Please come to the Newmarket Town Hall meeting on 1st February and sign our petition at http://www.historicnewmarket.co.uk/petition.html. ”

He is also on board the Cruise Liner Campaign which ensures he stays sweet with the local press

Neil Scales, Chairman http://www.liverpoolchamber.org.uk/board-of-directors.html Self styled....Director General of Miserytravel. His resume goes.

Neil Scales, Chief Executive and Director General Merseytravel, which promotes an integrated transport network responsible for 300 million passenger journeys per year by train, bus, ferries and through the Mersey Tunnels - which provide cross river links 365 days a year.
Merseytravel, which controls assets of £1 billion, owns and operates the Mersey Tunnels. It is also the franchising body for the Merseyrail Electrics Concession and is unique in controlling a 25 year franchise for the locally controlled railway, managed on a devolved basis, with a record for delivering high quality service, running trains to 67 stations across the region.
Merseytravel also owns and operates the famous Mersey Ferries and associated tourism attractions, contributing more than £34 million a year to the region's tourism economy.
Under Neil Scales' leadership Merseytravel has been transformed into an award-winning learning organisation with the establishment of Merseylearn, a leader in its field and is the first PTA/PTE to achieve the ISO 14001
Before joining Merseytravel Neil Scales was an independent transport and engineering consultant working for the World Bank on projects across Europe. Educated at a technical school, he has a BSc in engineering, an MSc in Control Engineering and Computer systems, an MBA and is a Fellow of the three major engineering institutions.
Neil is Chair of pteg, the organisation that represents PTEs in England to government and is the elected President of European Platform on Mobility Management (EPOMM) which are a network of governments in European countries that are engaged in mobility management. Amongst his other responsibilities, he chairs ACT TravelWise which promotes sustainable travel, is a board member of the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership and until recently, after nine years Chaired ITSO, the Integrated Smartcard Organisation
He was elected Chair of Liverpool Chamber in 2010
Now we are not saying anything is being carried out that is wrong, but............
What is a unelected public servant such as Herr Director N eel Scales, doing sitting with all these business people at the Chamber........someone needs to take a long hard look at the cosy relationship that is being played out right before your very eyes and ask Is this a conflict of Interests?
He should be getting the buses to run in time shouldnt he?

This is what he said in a letter to the Liverpool Daily Post

Full support

http://www.liverpooldailypost.co.uk/views/letters-to-editor/2011/02/28/worrying-changes-to-neptune-plans-92534-28246559/
LIVERPOOL Chamber of Commerce would like to extend our full support for the Liverpool Waters initiative. In light of the current recession and imminent public sector cuts, we are pleased to see the private sector drawing up this ambitious road map to the future.
Peel Holdings recently made a presentation to Chamber members, explaining the full scale and ambition of the project, the focus on local job creation and the visual impact of the development.

Following the meeting, several members cited examples of waterfronts that successfully marry the old with the new, including Copenhagen, Philadelphia, Vancouver and Seattle.
We would like to encourage Peel to be even bolder in its design aspirations for both building height and design.
Many of our members also made the trip to the Shanghai World Expo in 2010 and understand the global value of a spectacular waterfront. Liverpool’s waterfront is magnificent, and any development planned for the next generation must ensure that it remains an iconic symbol of great design and heritage for the future.
This project, we believe, has the potential to be a world-class exemplar of a modern waterfront city weaving around the historical footprint.
On the issue of heritage, we are pleased to note that Peel intend to bring the historic and architecturally interesting Jesse Hartley Clock back into use.
We would also recommend the approach adopted by Liverpool One, who implemented a policy of integration with the city by restoring all of the historical links to the old dock.
We would urge members of the region’s business community who wish to see Liverpool regain its rightful place as a world-class city, and see it prosper throughout the twenty-first century, to make their support known to both Peel and Liverpool City Council.

Neil Scales OBE, MSc, MBA, C Eng, Chairman, Liverpool Chamber of Commerce

David Wade Smith said all the same shit about Mann Island that decimated the World Heritage Site  http://www.liverpooldailypost.co.uk/views/letters-to-editor/2011/02/28/worrying-changes-to-neptune-plans-92534-28246559/ and guess what he was the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce at the time.

Liverpools World Heritage Site-Pearls Before Swine

Pearls Before Swine.
Its an old Biblical saying you hear a lot amongst the old school in the antique trade.

Frank NcKenna has a radio programme on City Talk, can you believe it, and this week he had Jon Egan on the show, or so I was told, along with someone called Richard Wallace, if I am not mistaken. http://liverpoolpreservationtrust.blogspot.com/2010/11/joe-anderson-sitting-far-too-close-to.html

I bumped into Larry Neild last week in the Baltic Triangle who is an employee of Jon Egan.

Larry who I used to work with quite a lot, on heritage matters, when he was city editor at the Daily Ghost, was quick to defend himself before I even said a word.
“You don’t do much in the paper now do you. We cant get anything in the paper”.
“Larry you know quite well I got banned by Mark Thomas for being too honest and what about the Mann Island Advertorial last Monday, remember who you are trying to kid, my name is Wayne”.

“What about Peel Holdings Liverpool Waters”

“We have been working advising Unesco” I told him

“David Bartlett has just picked up an award for my reporting after I was handed confidential English Heritage Documents that were not handed to the press but me, that tells you a lot.”

Apparently Ginger Nut John was none too happy with me after I said he would sell his kids for fee. This was the man who sold the Pier Head on behalf of Liverpool Vision and organised a so called consultation on the scheme that was directed by David Wade Smith around the same time that we brought a Unesco reactive monitoring mission to Liverpool.

Frank McKenna was on TV at the time, as we turned the heat up, saying we should lose the World Heritage Site, its not worth having.
So they were all on Radio City discussing the Heritage lobby a name made up by Egan and Co who now runs Aurora Media, to try to discredit work that educated people do, who have aesthetic values.

I told Larry that it was the likes of him who was misguiding the city through bad PR for spivs.
Take the way October Communications were employed by Neptune Developments to destroy the Pier Head, and Trevor Jones Windsor Developments”
“He was not Windsor Developments” he was quick to reply

“He was their facilitator spiv” I told them and he moved his accountants to the same office in Churtsey Surrey as Windsor”

“I didn’t know that” He said

“Oh yes you did, I told you but you turned a blind eye, and all that was under the protectorate of Rex Makin, who you know quite well who is “It is alleged” (Why is everybody so scared of the old screwed up windbag) is a shareholder in Trinity Mirror”

“Well so am I, he said

“Yeah you know what I mean so why defend him and Trevor who I handed packets of information on business dealings in the Baltic Triangle that was against the law because as a councillor Trevor did not declare an interest”

“He used to own this garage, (that we were standing next to, where his car was being serviced) don’t know if he still does and that property there next door”.

“So you knew this and did nothing to make the public aware of it, see what I mean.
“You also knew he lived on the Duke of Westminister’s estate”
“Yes” he declared
“And now you do a radio show, does anyone listen to it” I asked,
“The figures are coming up”

“Now isn’t that good for your boss Jon Egan” I said. Now I like Larry as a character but he does not have, in my opinion the truth of duty to his profession, But when you talk to him its as if he does not realise he has been institutionalised and is a shadow of the man he believes he is.

Just imagine the skeletons him and Rexy have had buried.

Jon Egan was outside my shop Friday, it seems he is getting a bit brave of late, it was as if he needed to say something to me but scurried off. I knew it was him when the cleaning ladies had to clean up the trail of slime left behind as he slithered away quickly.
He tried to wind me up once before. He should not try it again.

Bill “Phsyco” Gleeson was sick as a parrot when he lost his radio programme on City talk.
Talk about round up all the usual suspects.
So what do all these people know about heritage to discuss its merits when the truth of the matter lies in a vested interests of business groups deciding what should be built and all three of them in on it for sure.

So now the fact that the Government have declared a relaxation of planning laws the Spiv Lobby are out in force.

I was asked for an interview for ITV last Thursday and I duly obliged only to be part of a bad edit but what I said was clear, if we continue to ignore the Overall Universal Value of the rest of the World Heritage Site, and let Peel Holdings do what they want, after Unesco made the U.K Government, who have now declared a relaxation of all planning laws for the docks, we will lose it.
We had to draw up a whitewashed Supplementary Development Plan, Unesco was so worried.

David Wade-Smith-Carping On, With The Same Old Bullshit.

"City has never looked shinier, brighter" sums him up really, my opinion is he is a professional bullshiter and I told him that outside the so called exhibition for the plans for Mann Island that he supported.
Yes, he was right behind the scheme to destroy Liverpool's World Heritage Site. The only person in the city it seemed at the time, I wondered what his motives were.
A failed Connoisseur of trackies and trainers in the failed Wade-Smith retail empire.
A wanker, that is not my words but the words of his own brother, a planning specialist lawyer, who I had told about how I had to fight him for public opinion in Bill Gleesons Business pages of the Liverpool Daily Ghost, on the local radio, TV and on the Pier Head itself.
At the time I did not realise how readily he had access to the press through Jon Egan and October Communications who had been PR for Liverpool Vision, Liverpool Museums, the city council and the NWDA, Egan who would sell his kids for a fee in my opinion masterminded it all while Wade-Smith fronted the campaign to destroy Liverpool's World Heritage Site.
Joe Anderson was on Liverpool Vision and now has made the failed ex Room Store Director his business advisor. You couldn't make this up.

He was then the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce a post Neil Scales now unfortunatly holds.

The Chamber of Commerce lost £750,000 last year, yes they cant even do their own books.

Business Backing for Mann Island Vision
One of Liverpool’s most influential business leaders is today backing development plans for Mann Island as a “key link” in the vision for the transformation of Liverpool’s waterfront.

David Wade-Smith, Chairman of Liverpool’s Chamber of Commerce and founding member of the Liverpool Vision board, believes that the £113 million mixed-use development - which is due to be considered by The City Council’s Planning Committee later this month - will complement plans for The New Museum of Liverpool and The Pier Head Canal Link as well as providing a major commercial boost for the wider waterfront.

He explained: “Neptune and Countryside’s development on Mann Island is an eloquent statement about Liverpool’s future ambition and its commercial resurgence. It is also a vital component in the big picture vision for the City Centre.”
Mr Wade-Smith believes the restaurants, shops and exhibition venue proposed at Mann Island will also be good news for existing waterfront businesses. He commented:
“The Mann Island development will create a vibrant new leisure and cultural destination that will link with The Albert Dock, Kings Waterfront and the new Pier Head. Our waterfront is our greatest usp.”

“We have fabulous architecture and breathtaking views, but we also need a critical mass of commercial and cultural activity if we are to create a successful and sustainable destination.

“I believe the Mann Island site is the most important development site in the North West with a pivotal location at the heart of our Waterfront, and also forming a crucial link between the commercial district around Old Hall Street and the new retail district offered by Grosvenor and Liverpool One. It is excellent news for Liverpool and Merseyside to see these proposals move towards reality.”

Neptune Managing Director Steve Parry commented: “We welcome the support of David Wade-Smith and other business and regeneration leaders who recognise the importance of this key site. Our twin aims are to deliver a scheme that respects and enhances the setting of Mann Island, but also brings life, activity and prosperity back to this once thriving maritime hub.”

Subsidiary Managing Director for Countryside Properties, Ian Kelley, added: “We are delighted to receive such an endorsement from David Wade-Smith and are hopeful that the City’s Planning Committee will approve our joint proposals to enable Neptune and Countryside Properties to deliver this exciting development.”
