A short visit and my 4 "boss"

One day before my Visit to SKMC

joyce=You know what
me= what ?
joyce=The lab is now different after all of you gone
me=don't say that
joyce=seriously it does
me= No i don't think so
joyce= It does... the lab is now quiet... boring.. i miss all of you
me=But the lab still have you and Kirba
joyce= It's not the same like when all of you were here
me= How's Dewit ?
joyce= He's fine but he's a change man now
me=why?
joyce= Maybe he miss you guys too much
me= Do he came to work tomorrow ?
joyce= No.. Dewit is taking A.L 2 days
me= Darn... i want to pay him a visit tomorrow
joyce= Well, Yeou (Why suddenly she mentioned Yeou's name ?.. hehehe) is on-call tommorow... if you want to meet him, came on the afternoolah
me= Ok then.. glad to know he'll be there 2moro.. gtg now.. see ya

* flashback....

Sigh...i missed all the staff like crazy especially my 4 "boss" Mr.Syaiful, Mr.Yeou, Mr.Dewit and Mr.Joseph... What happend on the last day we did the practical does change them a lot especially Dewit... Yeou, on the other hand had left from work a bit early and i tak sempat to wish him goodbye :(

Yesterday (Thursday) i came back to SKMC to retrieve my appraisal and testimonial letter from Mr. Hwang (my dearie Manager) and i mmg rasakan the lab is "changed"... Sunyi... My presence was greeted by Ahgalia, Kak Vimala, Joyce and Kirba who just 'lepak2' in Kak Vim's room. Then Mr.Joseph joined us too

Kak Vim: You just came a bit late lah dear... Mr. Hwang baru je keluar
Me:Nevermind that i can go lunch first
Kak Vim: I thought you want to come yesterday (Wednesday)
Me: Who say's that?
Kak Vim: I think you'd..
Me: Well i don't think i did say that.. I'd called Joyce yesterday says i'll come today

Then i noticed my fav. machine Abbott AxSYM tgh direpaired... ummm..

Me: What happed to AxSYM?
Joyce: Cannot detected HIV sample
Me: Why meh? reagent problem ke?
Joyce: No i don't think so.. all reagent are new .. just opened recently
Me: I think AxSYM missed me lar
Joseph: He did LOL
Kak Vim: Joseph miss you lar... semua analisis tak jadi

*All laugh.....

Me: my goodness.. haha ....
Joyce: AxSYM start making problem in the morning the technician still try to fix it like crazy
Me: It's lunch time.. let's go out and eat
Joyce: Luckily you came by ....ada juga teman nak makan sama2.

MY 4 BOSS

Mr. Syaiful.. i must admit he's the one that really close to me.... when the first time i'm in the lab he's the one that teach me a lot of things. By the way he's the ex-senior MLT in SJMC. Previously he'd worked in Histopathology dept. But since the dept. is now closed.. he works in Haematology dept.

Because he knows some of SJMC lab staffs, we both had trade a lot of stories including stories about Abg. Remy (Remy rapat ngan I kat SJMC)... Kalau cerita kat sini pun takkan habis... but the staff know how close we are.... Mr. Syaiful is an excellent listeners and a good joker too...

Yeou, the most famous bachelor in SKMC... I can sense most of nurses ada "crush" dekat Yeou nie.... hahahahah.... I think all girls that work in SKMC mesti selalu cuci mata tgk. Yeou LOL.. I fell lucky to know this guy and we kinda close too.

Yeou is the guy who have sense of humour, caring and sometimes can be a good listeners. Otak kuning pun dia... He's currently doing his own cyber-cafe bussiness and one of Excel Direct Selling distributors.

Me: Why are you leaving so fast last Friday... I tak sempat to say goodbye to you

Yeou: Sorry dear but i ada "project"

Both of us ponders.............................................................. then suddenly laughing hard

Yeou: Hey.. don't think "other thing" lar.. hahaha

It takes time to know Dewit John... a Kadazan-Dusun guy.... but what i can tell he is the most jovial person and very proactive at work. Previously he worked in Mahkota Medical Center, Malacca and he is Sahri's (AF1) clans before Sahri joined AF 5 years ago and have to leave his job after that. All of us really close to him because he knows what students like and he always bring up some noise in the lab (that make us laugh and sometimes irritated.. hahahaha)

He's the one that can sense the sadness when we no longer be there.. in the lab... and he does hugs me before i leave and i can't believe it from my eyes . It nearly makes me cried but i can control it well.... (when the time i can be there with Dewit with his jokes and stories ???)... Like Syaiful, Dewit is also close to me. because we are Sabahans !!!

Mr.Joseph, one of the coolest guy in the lab. He likes doing his own thing and he's wiser a lot's of theories. We couldn't see him mad what so ever because this guy is "one-face- that cool"... like John Travolta hahahahah.... He's very systemical when running sample... sometimes what we had done wrong can make him headache.. but he's cool by keep giving advise not doing the same mistakes again. He also a good listeners and he and Syaiful yg pujuk I when i'm in trouble in the lab or what so ever..

Other staff like :-

Mr.Mahfuz (seriously he's the most wiser about the diagnosis thing.. and we always come to him for some explanation)

Miss Cheryl (eventhough she is moody sometimes.. but she is also a good joker)

Mr. Radzak (Another Joker and also a lab senior)

Alek (Let's call him lab's saviour... without him... die lar we all...)


After retrieved my testimonial letter i went home with thousand memories of the lab... when the time i can meet them all again... :(
