No Doodlewash again but I did manage to do a Lino Print
I added more details to the bird I showed last time. I've not got the paint/pressure amount right, guess I need more practice.

I've got faces so I'm linking to Friday Face Off
More pages from the Gelli Print Book
The face and hand are cut from a magazine. gem added on the ring.
The cat is a cut out that I did on my cutting machine, my design.
The snail and frog are also a cut out of mine.
The flowers are cut outs. The butterfly I copied from a door hook.
Some of the patterns were made with paper cut outs on the gelli plate.

Your art is stunning. Those first two are excellent. Great photos too. The beach huts are what I think of when I think of a real beach. Thank you for sharing with FFO and have a lovely weekend.

Wonderful artwork collages. The doors are great. Love the photo of the building through the window of the marketplace building. The beach huts are wonderfully vibrant. I like them. Great share and photos. Cheers.
ReplyDeleteLovely art - including the windows photos.
ReplyDeleteI agree, it's a question of pressure with prints. Very hard to get right, it seems to me!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back from your break.
ReplyDeleteI do like your lino prints, and I enjoyed seeing your photographs, especially the colourful beach-huts at Saltburn.
All the best Jan
