Love You

Good evening!!  I have been so fortunate to be able to sneak these PTI challenges in during their 10 day anniversary celebration.  I see the new challenge in the morning and then think about it all day so I have a starting point when I get home.  Today’s challenge is to find inspiration on Pinterest.  No problem!! Except how to narrow it down.  So I just chose a picture…no more thinking about it!!  My plan did change a bit once I was in the studio, so I went with it.  I was inspired by the doily, striped pattern paper, flowers, buttons, thread and colours (although I used turquoise instead of that fabulous green as I had difficulty matching this colour on my screen).

So the announcement today was that there will be an online Stamp-a-faire this July instead of a live event.  I have mixed feelings on this.  Would I go again?  I think in a heart beat…especially since my bestie Lynn lives there :)  However, it is an expensive trip from Canada and I do understand that only a lucky 200 got to go last year.  At the very least, maybe I could host an event here!!  We had 30 people for a sit down Christmas dinner, I could probably handle 10 stampers!!
