Make a Wish ~ Color Throwdown #712

Hello friends!  I am in need of many fall birthday cards but my mojo doesn't work so well on demand these days what with the school year beginning and the weather here in BC being ABSOLUTELY amazing!  So I turned to an old favourite challenge for inspiration, Colour Throwdown!

Love that unexpected blue for fall!  Thanks for stopping by!

With Love and Thanks ~ Colour Throwdown

Hello friends!  I'm back with a quick card for this week's Colour Throwdown Challenge.  I am a reluctant lover of Fall but I sure do love the colours and warm cozy clothes this time of year.  I'm using some old PTI dies and stamps along with an old Reverse Confetti tag die and my new Simon Says Stamp stitched maple leaves :)  Thanks for dropping by...hope you are having a fantastic day!

Fabulous Friend ~ Colour Throwdown

Happy weekend friends!  I'm back today with a Fall card for the latest Colour Throwdown challenge.  We have a neutral pallet today and some new dies that just arrived Friday!  The Honeybee wreath die and Simon Says stitched maple leaves.  This card was inspired by Debbie Hughes this summer in the Online Card Class Crushing Cardstock.  Thanks for stopping by!

Sincere Gratitude ~ Colour Throwdown Challenge

Happy Sunday everyone!  I'm back with another card for the Colour Throwdown Challenge.  I'm loving my new sentiment set from Reverse Confetti.  This card will be going to the lovely owners of the Pumpkin Patch where I take my class each fall.  I always add a little pumpkin, sumthin' to their cards :)  I hope you can carve (pun intended!) out a bit of time for yourself today...thanks for stopping by :)

Sent with Lots of Love ~ Colour Throwdown Challenge

Greetings friends!  I am back today with a card for the Colour Throwdown Challenge.  These colours made me think of foliage and a serene sentiment.  I received my order from Simon Says Stamp this week and got some new patterned papers and this lovely Reverse Confetti sentiment set.  LOVE the scripty font on this one!  It's my last day of summer vacation and a beautiful sunny day :)  I'm trying to spend time doing some things that I love and happily spending time in the studio is one of them.  Hope your week is starting out well.  Happy Back to School if that applies to you :)  ox

Teachers Live Forever ~ Colour Throw Down

Happy Sunday, friends!  It's been a lovely morning in the studio creating one of my favourite genres of cards ~ teacher cards!  I head back to my classroom tomorrow to start setting up for the new school year that begins on September 7th here in BC.  My colours are inspired by the Colour Throw Down challenge.  I turned to my trusty apple dies from Spellbinders that I found at HomeSense years ago...it was one of the best finds EVER!!  Seriously, $7.99 CAD for these adorable dies!

Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely day :)
