own soul?"

U. S. troops are now stationed in 130 countries. Since

there are 194 countries in the world, this means there

are only 64 more to go.

"Which imperialist country do you work for, mister?"

When Robert D. Kaplan characterizes his foreign policy

views as 'Wilsonian', he refers not to Woodrow Wilson

but to Owen Wilson, particularly in his role as John

Beckwith in The Wedding Crashers.
