A quick meal to throw together with just 5 ingredients!
I made these lettuce wraps forever ago when Nick was in Georgia for army training right before the lockdowns started in the U.S. in 2020. The kids are pretty good about eating salad, light meals. I adored these because you don't have to cook anything. If it weren't for tuna breath, these would be awesome for a work lunch. I got a garlic aioli from Kraft that was delicious. What you need:
- 1 pouch lemon pepper tuna
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 roma tomato, sliced
- Butter lettuce leaves
- Garlic aioli
Directions:
- Lay out leaves and top with avocado, tuna, and tomato.
- Drizzle with garlic aioli and serve.
I am obsessed with these Jalapeno Popper Tuna Melts - they have roasted jalapenos, lots of cheese, and even bacon on them. I grew up eating tuna pasta salad at pretty much all family, church, or baby shower gatherings and love it, so I want to make Sugar and Soul's Tuna Pasta Salad asap.
