Spring Card Set by Giorgia

Hello SRM friends, Giorgia here and today I want to share a set of cards I created as a gift for a friend: a card set is a little gift that you can make in minutes for your loved ones!

I made these three cards thinking of Spring, so I used pastel colors and flowers.
I used the same patterned papers and the same sketch to create the three cards, so they really are a set!

I used paper scraps to create the cards: when I need to make cards I always dig into my paper scraps box!I added die-cuts, a resin flower and machine stitching on all the cards. As sentiments I used SRM Stickers.

I put the cards in a clear card box: I adhered patterned paper inside it, decorated with SRM Stickers.

I hope to have inspired you to make a card set: it is really easy and fun with SRM stickers.

Until next time,
ciao, Giorgia

Birdhouse Gift Box by Michele

Good morning my friends! Michele here with a bird house shaped box!
Every now and then I love to dust off the ole' Silhouette and do something "outside" the box!  (Sorry, I couldn't resist!) ;)

I cut the bird house out of kraft card stock.  I stamped it with a wood grain texture and assembled it.  I added flowers, leaves and a few sequins. I decided to finish it off with an SRM sticker!  Mine is from the Happy Birthday Sticker Sentiments, which is no longer available, but you can find a very similar sticker in the Sentiment/Congratulations sticker sheet!

Here is one last look at my bird house in all of its glittered glory!

Have a wonderful day my friends! Thank you for stopping by!

Stickers & Die Cuts by Michele

Good morning!  So glad you could stop by for a visit!  Michele here today and I have a card that uses the negative space of a die cut.  I cut the image 6 times and continually glued the "negative" pieces in place.  Once I got to my last layer I added color with Copic markers.

I die cut flowers and leaves and Copic colored those as well.  I added a layer of glossy accents to all of my colored pieces.  While that was drying I die cut a circle and adhered an SRM sticker from the Life if Good collection  I adhered the flowers and leaves to frame out the sentiment and glued various rhinestones and pearls to finish off the card.

Have a wonderful day my crafty friends!

Celebrate Shaker Card by Amber

Hello SRM fans! It's Amber here, today I have a shaker card to share. Recently I have been loving and drooling over all the fabulous shaker cards I have been seeing on social media lately. For some reason that is beyond me I have never created one before today. I had lots of fun creating this fun A2 sized shaker card. Below you will find a few step by step instructions you can follow along with to create your own shaker cards.

Step 1. Cover a white A2 sized card base with some patterned paper.

Step 2. Choose a coordinating piece of patterned paper and cut it slightly smaller then your card base.

Step 3. Die cut or punch a circle or any other shape out of the upper center part of your smaller patterned paper panel.

Step 4. Flip your patterened paper panel over and add some double sided adhesive all around your die cut shape.

Step 5. Before attaching the acrylic take your die cut panel and center it over your card base. With a pencil lightly trace around your die cut window. This will make it easy to center your sentiment.

Step 6. Adhere a piece of clear acrylic to your die cut pattered paper panel. Set aside.

Step 7.  Use the pencil lines you drew in step 5 as your guide and add your sentiment to your card base. I used a clear Celebrate sentiment sticker from the Sentiment/Birthday sticker sheet.

Step 8. Using the pencil lines as a guide again adhere some foam tape all around the outside edge of your pencil lines.

Step 9. Add a handful of sequins to your card base in between your foam tape.

Step 10. Adhere your die cut patterned paper panel with the acrylic to your card base sealing/locking in all your sequins.

Step 11. Add a cute little fussy cute image to the front of your card. I used Easter Basket Anya from The Greeting Farm to complete my card.

That's it, you now have a fun little shaker card. I hope you enjoyed my card today. Thanks for visiting!

Life is Beautiful by Michele

Good morning! Michele here with a vibrant water color card! And there's even a touch of green!  The image was stamped on water color paper and colored using a combination of Watercolor Twist Pencils and Copic markers.  I added the dots with the Copic markers.

I think I went a little too overboard with the glitter...but if you know me, know that can happen quite frequently! LOL!  I used a sticker from the Life is Good sentiment sheet.

I love all the bright colors and glitter...it just screams, Happy to me!

Thanksgiving Table by Shantaie

Hello!  Shantaie here with a last minute Thanksgiving project.  Thanksgiving is a time of gathering, reflection, and let's be honest some of the most delicious food we have all year!

I especially enjoy the beautiful tables this time of year, in fact I almost love the tablescapes even more than the hazelnut pear stuffing! (almost)

I made a tag treatment added to golden pumpkins for this years place settings. I started with a simple white tag, and swiped them with a gold gelatto crayon, let dry and add a touch of gilding to each tag. A clear "give thanks" sticker was applied once dry. I attached them to a glittered acorn with a bow of jute twine, and inserted them into the pumpkin. Elegant, simple, and quick!

Tomorrow, my family table will sparkle and shine with these gilded pumpkins and tags!
