Mini Calendar by Roberta Rosi

Today we have a treat for you!  It's a project from Roberta Rossi creating the most wonderful boxed mini calendar using SRM Stickers and one of our rectangular clear boxes.  Roberta made this project in 2014 when she was a member of our design team.  Just change the stickers to the 2017 version and you are good to go!

Here is the finished box!

And to hold her Mini Calendar, Roberta used this rectangular clear container

And now we'll show you how she made it!   First Roberta  covered the outside with a strip of paper ( 10 ½ " x 3 5/ 8 "). , She also cut  4 squares of paper 2 ½ "x 2 ½ " (two yellow and two gray ) to cover the bottom and the cover of the box which helps the box to become more rigid and sturdy.

She then cut out 6 rectangles in yellow cardstock (2 ¼ "x 3 ½ ") and adhered the calendar months to the white cardstock.  She cut out the months by hand.

She decorated with stitching and borders the six yellow cards on both sides.
With pop dots Roberta put the 12 months, two on each yellow card (front and back and decorated them with Stone twine.

With a Sizzix die Roberta cut flowers in yellow cardstock and she assembled them to make it 3D.

On three sides of the box she attached strips of kraft high ¾ " and decorated with Sticker Stitches.

On the cover of the box I attached the flower and a 2014 sticker mounted on Kraft. (change that to the 2017 sticker)  And now the box is ready to be loaded with the mini calendars!

Just put the mini calendars inside the box.  You will have 6 cards with 12 months and be sure to include a small metal clamp inside as well.

To use as a calendar, simply remove the first month from the box, attach it to the top front of the box with the metal clamp.

 Brilliant and beautiful!

Roberta is from Milan, Italy.  You know that Milan is the design capital of the world.  When someone asks you about the calendar that you made, you can simply say "It's an Italian design!"  And it is!  Thanks Roberta for this ingenious project.  It is truly an inspiration!

Mini Birthday Box with Tags by Cathy H.

Hello from Cathy Harper!  I have a fun little box full of Birthday Tags to share with you today.  I created this little gift to add to a friend's Birthday Box.  It's a way for her to have Birthday tags to add to presents right at her fingertips.  I used SRM's Clear Rectangle Box to hold my tags and decorated it with Birthday Take 2 StickersBlack Sticker Stitches, and a medium teal Punched Piece.  I just adhered the stickers around the bottom of the box and added a bit of yellow washi tape for more color.  Next, I created a paper bow using my Silhouette Cameo and tied it together with Maraschino Baker's Twine and added the scalloped punch tag!

Adorable! Next up, I created all the little tags and envelopes to fill my box, again using my Silhouette Cameo.

I made a set of six tags to go inside, all using the same tag and envelope.  I just alternated patterned papers!  All of the tags are decorated with Birthday Take 2 stickers and Medium Scalloped Punched Pieces in different coordinating colors.

Once my tags were all tucked inside the mini envelopes, I added a button with a Maraschino Baker's Twine bow to each envelope! Before I filled the little box I added some yellow crinkle paper for a pop more color.  Now my friend has a stash of Birthday tags to add to her gifts.

I love how this little gift turned out and I might even make her a set of Christmas Tags.

Wouldn't it be fun to have a whole row of these little boxes, full of tags for all of your gift giving occasions?  Thanks for stopping by and be sure to come back again soon for lots more SRM inspiration!

Halloween Puzzle Box by Annette

Hello SRM Sticker Fans!  Annette Allen here today sharing a fun way you can gift a puzzle. On today's project I am using lots of SRM Stickers, including the mini calendars and a clear rectangular box.   I love how the SRM Sticker borders wrap so perfectly around the clear rectangular box.  I overlapped all the different borders to created this fun Halloween themed gift box.

Inside the SRM Sticker Rectangle Box Container I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out an 8 x 8 puzzle. I kept the puzzle on the cutting mat so I could stamp, color all the images and add all the fun SRM Stickers before removing them to place in the SRM clear box. I had to cut apart where the SRM Stickers were but it was very easy.

Here is what the puzzle looks like when put together.
I think this will be super fun for those fun Halloween parties.
Kids will get a kick out of it.

Sweet Teacher Thank You by Cassonda

Hi Everyone! Cassonda Tadlock here sharing with you a quick and easy gift I made for my boss. I recently acquired a new job at a school and decided a cute teacher theme would be fun.  It's the perfect time of year for a sweet treat for a special teacher.

I started with the clear rectangle box and filled it with an entire bag of "unwrapped mini starburst" candies. Doesn't it remind you of those little chicklet gum pieces?

Then I wrapped the box with some red gingham ribbon and tied on a sticker from the Say It With Stickers Teacher set with a small piece of Marigold Bakers Twine.

The border at the bottom is from the Express Yourself School sticker set. I love that the words are on one sticker strip. It wrapped around the box beautifully. I finished off the box with a yellow punched piece and one of the Fancy Sentiments Thanks stickers.

The easiest way to get inside the box....slip off the ribbon and open the flap...then the candies just pour right out. :)

I hope you're inspired to make your own sweet gift box!  It's great for any time of year, any theme, any holiday.  Just change up the stickers!

Valentine Treat Boxes by Laurel

Welcome to day #5 of Valentine's week here on the SRM Blog.  Hope you have enjoyed all the inspiration!

Today Laurel Seabrook has used SRM's Rectangle clear containers as holders for Valentine treats.  YUM!  She's decorated them with SRM's Valentine Say it with Stickers and Labels by the Dozen and topped them off with Charcoal Twinery Twine

Laurel cut 4 panels of cardstock to fit inside the rectangular container that measures 2 1/2 x 3 1/2.  By cutting single panels, there is no need to score and they simply slide down inside the box.  So easy!  Laurel then adhered some SRM stickers to fancy up the front panel and slipped it inside and filled the container with some sweet treats.  So quick and easy.

Laurel then adhered a SRM Valentine Labels by the Dozen sticker to a scrap of card stock, trimmed it and tied it onto the container with some twine.
