Mom's play time....

Sometimes as a mom their is so many things in the house to do that well you just keep working on those things...but today it was Lego day!!  I am sure you were expecting some excursion out to eat or out to the store but this mom needed some Lego time and did not even know it.  Sky and I played for about 3 hours with Lego's it was so much fun.  We built all kinds of things.  I love watching his imagination run wild.  I have to admit it too it was alot of fun to let my imagination go anywhere it wanted.  I love these little hands.  They are the same little hands that always wants to hold my hand, pats my back when I am holding my little buddy and the same little hands that "squeezes me"  We had tons of fun falling through trapped doors building bridges and jumping off into the water.  Putting on all kinds of silly hats.  (daddy has an awesome assortment) Attacking each other with dragons, horses, alligators, and Dino's.  It was way to much fun.  It was just what this mom needed.  Sometimes mom needs to play too!!

This is usually the face that he has while we are playing...so happy and pleased with everything!!

Just the other day Marisa made a temple and well sky and I modified it a bit..lol

I have been finding Lego parts everywhere!!  I am sure I will find the skeletons arm somewhere in the couch...lol

In fact daddy came home and Skyler was so wound up he asked...what did you do this morning??  It was fun to say "Played Lego's with my son"  Stay at home mom....best job ever!!

Skyler, Risa and the Mo-tab....

I love Conference weekend it is always so good and really gets me ready for the next 6 months.  We turned on the computer in the morning before conference started on Saturday and it was so cute because I turned it on and the kids were instantly drawn to the room.  They were both playing ukuleles before then and well can you even guess what happened.
Yes that is the Mormon Tabernacle choir.  They were singing and playing along with the choir!!!  I cant tell you how much this made me smile all over!!
On their own.....
.... they were in the room that I never told them that they had to be.
....they were both sitting on my bed right in front of the computer.
.....they were both sitting their so cute and they were singing their little hearts out to the choir!!

Oh what a joyful noise they were making!!  I love little moments like these.

Daddy Dont go!!!

Lets just say they like having their daddy at home.  Seth will say bye and Skyler will take his hand and commence to tell me good-bye mommy I go to work. Or daddy will go to leave and say bye and Skyler will say "no" and Seth will say "but I have to go"  Skyler's response is "no uhhh don't".  Thank you cute honey for going to work even when it is hard...literally!!
