STASHBUSTERS IG HOP - Week Four - Love-Themed Cards with Vellum and Non-Love Stamp Sets!

Welcome to the Stashbusters 2024 Paper Crafting Hop hosted by @armenscraftroom, @avedamontedesigns, @bkeeleycrafts, @hilarygreek, @kellysantidesigns, and @touchofmagik. **FAVORITE COLOR COMBO** New Challenge with Simply Create Too!!

31 Days of Crafting - Day Fifteen - Love Is Sweet!!

Okay so before I share this sign, I want to tell you that it was my first time working with vinyl for anything other than a card. It was my first time to weed, and lemme tell you I DID NOT HAVE A BRIGHT PAD I had to do it the hard way.  And it was hard. It was also a great experience.  I learned so much making these projects.  And that's the important thing, right? (That and the fact that I ate at least a whole cup of the M&Ms this sign accompanied over the hours it took me to weed it!)

You Hold The Key - Momenta Brand Ambassador Post

Happy Hump Day!!  I've got another Momenta Brand Ambassador post for you today, and it's all about love.  With wedding season just starting, I've needed a few wedding and anniversary cards, and I wanted to do something different.  The entire idea for this card came from looking at these Vellum Stickers.  I adhered my favorite to cream cardstock and fussy cut it out.  I added an embossed key die cut and embellished the key and background with Art-C Gold Wax Paste.  It brings embossed designs to life!

STAMPtember - Day Thirty - Fabulous Finale

I can't believe this is the last day of STAMPtember!!  It's such a magical time of the year, with sooooooooo many new and exclusive stamp releases.  Since it's the final day of one of my favorite months of the year, I wanted to share one of the most important cards I've ever made.  It's also one of my favorites--the wedding card for my brother and sister-in-law.

I had SO MUCH fun making this, too.  The flowers--which were stamped, cut, inked and shaped--were my favorite part.

But I have to say I had this card planned out in my head for months.  I bought these charms specifically for this card, knowing how I wanted to put it together.  A lot of my work forms itself as I put it together, but this sort of just was always going to be just like this.

Anyways, I had a commissioned wedding card recently, and I thought this would just be perfect.  It's subtle and classy but also unique.  It also fit the bill for an in-between size--it's a 4x6.

31 Days of Crafting - Day Fourteen - Bride and Groom

For richer, for poorer....I just love how this card turned out.  I went into it with no real ideas.  I knew I wanted to make something A7 sized and use the heart charms, and this is what I wound up with.

The purple and silver doesn't show up how it really looks in person.  Shimmery and so pretty.  The shades of purple really compliment each other.
