**CREATE IT 3 WAYS IG CARD HOP** August - Congratulations

Hi everyone!  I’m participating in an Instagram hop today called Create It 3 Ways!  Hosted by the lovely @amritapettus, this fun hop will take place the third Saturday of every month!  Super fun.  The theme for June is Congratulations!  I wanted to use a congratulations die, but I figured this Diamond Press congrats die was close enough.  I decided to double down and also use the same paper pad and ephemera and stickers, from the Bo Bunny Brighton (hello, Bridgerton!) line.

I am SO NOT a stickers person but they kinda work, don't they?

I really love how this one turned out.

Pretty sure this is my favorite of the three.  Something about the vintage paper and the pearls and the butterflies, I just love it.

Create It 3 Ways IG Hop - SUMMER

Hi everyone!  I’m participating in an Instagram hop today called Create It 3 Ways!  Hosted by the lovely @amritapettus, this fun hop will take place the third Saturday of every month!  Super fun.  The theme for June is Summer!  What's more summery than popsicles and ice cream bars??  We're headed for a verrrrry hot week here so this fit right in with my mood.  Bring on the ice cream!

I'm seriously considering getting a lemon popsicle just looking at these!

This one was meant to be a mint chocolate chip ice cream bar, strawberry popsicle and neapolitan ice cream bar.

My favorite of the three!  I'm not a huge fan of sprinkles but I really like a vanilla ice cream bar with chocolate coating, preferably with crushed almonds!  It's like a Crunch Bar ice cream.

I'm not sure if I think these are like smoothie bars or fruit and cream, but I love the marbled paper for ice cream bars, such a cool idea!!

Create It 3 Ways IG Hop - September - Hello/Thinking of You

Hi everyone!  I’m participating in an Instagram hop today called Create It 3 Ways!  Hosted by the lovely @amritapettus, this fun hop will take place the third Saturday of every month!  Super fun.  The theme for September is Hello or Thinking of You!  I had a hard time narrowing down what I wanted to do.  When I was gathering supplies, this stamp literally fell out at me, and I think it was fate!

This one I stamped on colored cardstock.

Here I stamped on patterned paper.  All the pumpkins were fussy cut because there's no die for this stamp.

Good old fashioned colorin.  You can tell my marker was running out on the tall gourd, I need new markers!!

Create It 3 Ways IG Hop - August - Sympathy

Hi everyone!  I’m participating in an Instagram hop today called Create It 3 Ways!  Hosted by the lovely @amritapettus, this fun hop will take place the third Saturday of every month!  Super fun.  The theme for August is Sympathy, which may be the hardest kind of cad to make.  For me, I don't want to have to make one when I'm needing it, but it also seems wrong to keep them on hand, know what I mean?

The thing I chose to use on all my cards this month is a Blessings Box from Divinity Designs.  I don't have the subscription anymore, but this box had a Sympathy theme.

I used everything in the box but the stamp sets and the spiral circle for my cards.  That circle just didn't seem compassionate to me.

These are the three cards I created.  I think I like the first one the best.

I just really love this paper and it did all the work for the card, no embellishment was needed.

I wanted at least one of the cards to have a butterfly on it.

I know this cardstock looks like it's Kraft in the photos but it's actually gold shimmer.

Create It 3 Ways Instagram Hop!

Hi everyone!  I’m participating in an Instagram hop today called Create It 3 Ways!  Hosted by the lovely @amritapettus, this fun hop will take place the third Saturday of every month!  Super fun.  Our first theme is Father's Day/Masculine and I chose to use this amazing Erin Lee Creative cover plate for my cards!

Each of the cards has a different theme while using something the same, that's the point of this challenge.  I set out to do a birthday card, thank you card and a Father's Day card.  Two out of three ain't bad, right?

Initially, this was going to be the birthday card, but I just felt like the Thank You theme worked better here, I don't know why.

My favorite of the three!!  I didn't think this one needed a sentiment, it was almost like it detracted from its awesomeness so I left it as is.

I used all textured and handmade papers which I think really stands out here.
