Washi in Gold

Mijn Washi dress begint te spannen. Hoe erg is dat... Aan de buikzone heb ik nog ruimte, het patroon is erg dankbaar op dat vlak, maar mijn borsten blijven in expansie. Waar gaat dat eindigen?

Een tweede washi dus, met een ruimer bovenstuk.

My first Washi dress is starting to get a little bit too tight... My expanding "breast-zone" needs more space, so I sewed up a second Washi.

Het stofje kocht ik bij Miss Matatabi, en was een 'soldeke'. Ik betaalde slechts 7 euro voor 2 meter...

Maar...ik ben er nog steeds niet uit of ik er mee sta of niet... Ik ben gek op goud, maar misschien is dit toch een beetje 'too much'...

I bought this fabric at Miss Matatabi's, and it was a real bargain. An offer I could not refuse I'd say: about 7 euro for 2 yard. On the other hand... I'm still debating with myself whether this dress looks good on me... Maybe it is the color combination? I'm used to wearing bolder colors, while this fabric contains very soft, pale colors combined with gold. A go go or a no no, I'm not sure...
