another one of these oh, so rare "professional" fanfilms that end up always so satisfying to watch.
It was made by
Thomas Jane, who is a really great guy and always passionate about the project he's involved with.
He wasn't kept for the
Punisher reboot (
Punisher: War Zone) but he still has a soft spot for the character.
This is a little homemade fan film he showcased at this year's San Diego Comic-Con.
It has already passed around the web since last week, but what the heck, right?
Check it out, you won't see a truer Punisher in tone.

It was an incredible experience with everyone on the project throwing in their time just for the fun of it. Tom Jane is a great
Frank Castle. If not physically, at least in tone and voice.
My only complaint is the use of Christopher Nolan's
Batman music over it. I'd have preferred either the actual Punisher score or War Zone's.
