Marvel just confirmed their current long-running animated Avengers Assemble & Ultimate Spider-Man will get new seasons on Disney XD. With a twist!
Both shows will be retitled for appropriate timing.
With the success of Avengers: Age of Ultron, Avengers Assemble will now become "Avengers: Ultron Revolution". And Ultimate Spider-Man will become "Ultimate Spider-Man Vs. The Sinister 6." Remember all those Sony plans for their Amazing Spider-Man "super-franchise"? (There were talks of a Sinister Six spinoff, a Black Cat and a Venom spinoff films, etc.) Well, they might recycle some ideas here I reckon.
Avengers: Ultron Revolution will feature the likes of Baron Zemo, the Masters of Evil, the Inhumans, Kang the Conqueror, Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Falcon, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Ant-Man,and Ms. Marvel (Khamala? Carol Danvers!Captain Marvel? Wait and see...)
Disney XD also said the show will lead to their own adaptation of the Civil War story arc. I see we ditched Earth Mightiest Heroes to follow the cinematic universe more closely.
Meanwhile I can't believe Ultimate Spider-Man is already on its fourth season!! I only really followed the beginning of the show and caught on some episodes last seasons because of some character I wanted to see animated. With this new season the show will reach over 100 episodes, making it the longest Spider-man show - 90s animated series included!!!!
Both shows will debut in 2016.

CBR The Spirit
Time to go back to a genre of fiction I love, pulp!
Back in the late 2000s, DC let Darwyn Cooke attempt a revival of Will Eisner's classic hero The Spirit.
The whole project sounded to good to go through, and even though Cooke left the book early on, the series manage to go through over 30 issues, a little mini-series crossover event and about 20 more issues of a second series.
(until it got canceled, thanks one again to DC's New 52... -sigh-)
Anyway, let's go back to the beginning and have a look how it all started!
This book has it all, Action, Mystery, Adventure! And as such sports this awesome little stamp on the cover (presented on the right here) .

Comics NEWS! Marvel's Baby Toys Squad
Do you know the Marvel's Super Hero Squad?
Nope? It's that toys series they've been releasing since those past few years.
SuperDeformed chibi super heroes in cheap plasting with limited "action" parts.
Yep. Those.
There's also Super Hero Squads not based on Marvel proprieties (like Transformers)
Well, did you know they already made a videogame out of this? Yeah, a simple cash-in commercial little game.
They're preparing a massive MMORPG based on that now.
(what is the target audience of such game? geeks? otakus? gamers? very young kids with access to an online computer to play a MMORPG with a monthly subscription???)
Anyway, did you know there was an animated cartoon based on these toys?

I won't lie to you... For a long time, I really wanted to find the Ghost Rider/Punisher pack.
Yep. Those.

Jeph Loeb
So, Jeph Loeb will now be Marvel's Executive Vice President & Head of Television.
That's a pretty similar role that Geoff Johns has currently at DC Comics, meaning supervising and controlling directly any future comic book to TV adaptation. (while Johns also supervises movies, which Avi Arad do at Marvel)
In case you don't know who is Jeph Loeb, he is a well known popular comic book writer. One of my favorite writers. And one of my least favorite ones as well.
How's that?!? How can it be?!
Lemme introduce you properly to Loeb's work...
(this is an overview of course, the guy did a ton more!)
