I have used a blue cardstock for the base. The image is from Yam Puff, coloured with copic markers and cut into a tag shape using a die from Nellie. I also die-cut some letters using black cardstock and a die from Elizabeth Crafts as well as adding some faux stitching around the image using a Distress Marker (salty ocean).
