Morning drive

Driving to work, yesterday morning. I leave the city center behind and head to the industrial area of the town. After a few warm weeks, Italy (and the rest of Europe) is being hit by a strong weather depression that is causing strong winds and storms. After a long pause (four years!) I am now back at work, so I face this scene every morning, while a couple of weeks ago I was sipping coffee at the bar... I am not complaining...in fact I am rather excited for my new position... I am just exposing some new facts of my life :-))))

The white chair

Ponte Navi junction. What really caught my attention here is the white chair (click on the photo to enlarge it) on a tiny, tiny balcony, where a woman is sitting as if she was in the middle of the countryside, rather than at a busy traffic light in Veronetta.

I crossed the river to the district of Veronetta. I was walking along the Interrato dell'Acqua Morta when I decided that this scene was going to be my post today. Nothing special, apart the very bright traffic lights. Veronetta is a very special part of town but this very spot has nothing remarkable, so it's the first time I don't feature one of the classic highlights of Verona...
