You can't park here

Well, I guess you can if you are an ambulance and if you are there to save someone's life. But they still managed to park it across the bike path, just saying. Anyway, I just wanted to say something about the weather. It is a really gray sky. It is raining. And like an hour ago, the storm winds moved in. Looking at my phone just now, there were reports about cancelled train service. No ferries because of the wind and more, so it looks like a really fun day, not.

Armored Modular Vehicle

Made in Finland by Patria. This is the armoured wheeled vehicle in the Swedish defence force known as Pansarterrängbil 203. This is an ambulance version. I spotted it in Handen yesterday as I was shooting a panorama at a building site and managed to get a few shots before it passed me, the driver waved at me so I waved back.

Apartment Fire

There was a fire in an apartment at Ribby in Västerhaninge today. I was in the area when the fire and rescue services arrived. They had to knock down the door to the apartment on the third floor. A little later a fire fighter opened the balcony door and you could see a lot of smoke come out. I talked to some of the concerned neighbours. It looks like the owners were staying in a camper at a local beach. They have a daughter but I don't think anyone was home. Will try to find out more later.
