Kim's Selvage Sewing Machine Cover

Kim Redlin from Phoenix, AZ has made a selvage cover for her sewing machine. Didn't it come out nice? She enjoyed arranging the selvages. Notice how she shows hardly any of the printed fabric? Everyone has their own signature style in selvage arranging. The periwinkle edging looks great too. Nice job, Kim!

P.S. Kim says it's been 115 degrees in Phoenix! That makes it hard to go anywhere, except the fabric store. In that case, she finds a way! I call it good sewing weather. :)

Meet Maca from the Czech Republic!

Maca z Kadane from the Czech Republic made this beautiful sewing machine cover. What a nice arrangement of selvages and little pictures. I like the binding around the bottom edge too. Good job, Maca! :)

This photo shows the Round Robin quilts that her quilting group made, 17 in all. They are on exhibit in the town of Ostrov nad Ohri. Visit Maca's blog at: http://macinkav.blog.cz/.

Sewing Machine Cover by Annie from France

Here's a terrific idea! Take a good look at this sewing machine cover made with selvages.
See the red scissor charm on the closure?
There's even a special bag for the power cord and foot pedal.
Annie made this when she lived in New Caledonia; now she lives in France.
Fantastic work, Annie!
