You Make Me Happy - Simon Says Stamp June 2021 Card Kit

 Hello! I'm here today to share one final card using the BRAND NEW June 2021 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Rainbow is my Favorite Color! This kit is full of rainbow fun! The included stamp set by the same name has some fun rainbow building stamps and great sentiments, there is some lovely pattern paper, a sweet little rainbow die (that I'm using on my card today!) - that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

Todays card is super simple and easy - and nearly one layer if you don't count those itty bitty jewels!

I first selected a rainbow of those fun Doodlebug pattern papers from the kit, and cut thin strips of them to glue onto my white cardbase at a fun angle across the front, then trimmed off the excess paper.

Next, I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set in the kit along the bottom, following the angle of the pattern paper to keep it cohesive. Then, I color coordinated some of the itty bitty adhesive backed jewels from the kit, and added a little row of all the colors on each side of the sentiment - just a bit of sparkly fun to finish this card off!

Rainbow Trio - Simon Says Stamp June 2021 Card Kit

 Hello! I'm here today to share a trio of cards using the BRAND NEW June 2021 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Rainbow is my Favorite Color! This kit is full of rainbow fun! The included stamp set by the same name has some fun rainbow building stamps and great sentiments, there is some lovely pattern paper, a sweet little rainbow die (that I'm using on my card today!) - that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more! 

These rainbows were so fun to stamp - I couldn't just stop with one!

I used a variety of Simon Says Stamp inks (some of the colors included in the kit, and a few additinoal ones), and the magic of the MISTI with the Rainbow is my Favorite Color stamp set to line up each layer, and stamp multiples - so it was quick and easy to create several all at once! I kept the layers clean and simple, for a bright and graphic design - fun colors, and crisp black. Then tucked some of the pattern paper from the kit under each panel that I trimmed down narrower than my A2 card sizes, so the pattern paper shows on each side of the panel.

For this first one, I used Hot Mama, Audrey Blue, Key Lime, and Lemon Zing inks.

This second one uses a somewhat monochromatic color scheme of Coral Reef, Clementine, Teeny Bikini, and Melon inks.

And finally - this bright fun one uses Island Blue, Jellybean, Sunshine, and Hot Lips ink.

End of the Rainbow - Simon Says Stamp June 2021 Card Kit

 Hello! I'm here today to share my first cards with the BRAND NEW June 2021 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Rainbow is my Favorite Color! This kit is full of rainbow fun! The included stamp set by the same name has some fun rainbow building stamps and great sentiments, there is some lovely pattern paper, a sweet little rainbow die (that I'm using on my card today!) - that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

Today's card is clean and simple rainbow fun!

I used that fun Hello Rainbow die on the stripe rainbow pattern paper from the kit - making the stripes go a bit of a different direction for a fun different look!

I tucked a few of the cute little cloud Doodlebug stickers on the left hand side, popping a couple of them up on foam adhesive like the rainbow, and one underneath.

Sentiment from the stamp set in the kit was heat embossed on some black cardstock to adhere - not my first plan, but when you mess up stamping the sentiment, you improvise, right?

A few of those cute sparkly Memory Box jewels on the rainbow, and a few of the tiny hearts from the Doodlebug stickers tucked under the sentiment add a bit of sparkle. And finally - it felt just a *bit* too simple, so I added a row of scored lines at the bottom of the card base for a touch of texture!

Picnic Spread - Simon Says Stamp August 2020 Card Kit

Good morning! I've got one more card to share today created with the August Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Picnic Parade! What a fun summery feel this kit has! The included Large Hello Sunshine Stamp Set has so many fun graphic images to play with, and is and filled with fabulous sentiments, there is some fabulous pattern paper,  adorable stickers - not to mention the Cardstock, slimline envelopes, and more!

As soon as I looked at the fun pattern paper in the kit - that red gingham just jumped out at me as perfect to create a tablecloth, and therefore a fun scene with it - so I had to do it!

I started off by layering together the green and blue pattern paper, then trimmed the red at a fun angle to layer over to give the feel of a tablecloth. I then added lots of the fun Mini Icon stickers on the top of the table, popped up with foam adhesive for dimension.

Added a heat embossed sentiment from the Hello Sunshine stamp set, then finished off with some white stitching around the outside with a white gel pen to complete the homespun feel to this card!

Slimline Ant Card - Simon Says Stamp August 2020 Card Kit

Good morning! Yep - I'm back with another card created with the August Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Picnic Parade! What a fun summery feel this kit has! The included Large Hello Sunshine Stamp Set has so many fun graphic images to play with, and is and filled with fabulous sentiments, there is some fabulous pattern paper,  adorable stickers - not to mention the Cardstock, slimline envelopes, and more!

Today I created a slimline card to share using some of the darling stickers in the kit, sentiments from the large stamp set, and a bit of pattern paper - all perfectly paired up with one of the slimline envelopes in the kit!

I started off by cutting some small circles from some of the pattern paper, then die cut a couple more from vellum, tore them in half, and attached them together with a little bow of jute twine and a tiny stapler.

I layered a couple of the adorable ants and heart stickers from the Doodlebug Picnic Parade Sprinkles in the Kit (love how dimensional and fun they are!) - and then attached them with foam adhesive to a slimline card base. Finished off with a sprinkling of sentiments from the Hello Sunshine stamp set in the kit, and a couple extra little hearts to accent the two sentiments that are unique on the card.

Happy Panda Birthday - Simon Says Stamp August Card Kit

Good morning! I'm popping in to share a card created with the BRAND NEW Agusut Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Party Like a Panda! This kit is so bright, fun, and happy - perfect for lots and lots of birthday cards! The stamp kit has the cutest panda images - and the PERFECT sentiments as well! The pattern paper is bright and fun, the adorable coordinating panda die is super sweet, and the Thermoweb flock sheets and sparkle pen are the perfect little additions!

I'm a little late sharing my first cards - since I was gone on vacation until just before the kit released, it took me a couple days to get over jet lag and get my crafty mojo back, but this kit was a fun way to start that process!

I started off by die cutting the darling Picture Book Panda from white cardstock over which I had adhered some Scor Tape adhesive sheets. I then peeled off the sheets selectively to apply the fun flock in white and black from the kit! I don't know if you can see the photo how adorable and fuzzy this panda is:

I used some of the pattern paper to create a window, first die cutting it with the largest Stitched Rectangle, then the center with Stitched Ovals. Next, I stamped the birthday balloons from the Party Like a Panda stamp set on my white cardbase, lining it up in the window, and coloring with Copics. I added a layer of sparkle with the sparkle pen in the kit - you see it best in this next photo:

Finally, I added the panda with foam adhesive, heat embossed some additional sentiments from the kit on thin strips of black cardstock and adhered those with foam adhesive, and added a bit more pattern paper with a torn edge along the bottom. Finished off with a bit more jute twine tied across the top!

Simon Says Stamp March Card Kit - Fantastic Amazing Incredible

Hello! I'm popping in to share a couple more cards created with the BRAND NEW March Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Lucky Rainbow! Aside from both the large Amazing Stamp Set, and the super cute small Wooly Lucky stamp set - there are also some adorable Doodlebug stickers, and some gorgeous Lawn Fawn pattern papers! And of course, lots of cardstock, some pretty envelopes, some shaker fillings, and a hybrid ink cube!

I have two more cards to share today using the kit contents - first up this simple and fun one layer card featuring lots of the Doodlebug stickers from the kit paired up with some super fun sentiments from the Amazing Stamp Set in the kit!

This was super fun to put together - just layering the stickers together, and stamping the sentiment around it.

Nice and flat and easy to mail too - and happens to be a perfect match for the pretty Metallic Gold Envelope in the kit as well!

The second card uses the Amazing Stamp Set with a different technique for kind of a fun unique look!

For this card I started with a panel of watercolor paper and the solid dot images from the stamp set. I inked them up with Distress oxide inks, misted with water, and stamped on my watercolor paper. I love how it left sort of a painted dot look!

Once I finished all the dots and let it dry thoroughly, I stamped my sentiment over the top and mounted it on a white cardbase. Another nice flat and easy to mail card! YAY!
