Beach Encouragement Card - Simon Says Stamp Sunny Vibes Release

Hello! Stopping by today to share another card using the NEW Sunny Vibes release from Simon Says Stamp! This time I'm sharing a fun, summery, beach card!

I used the new Beachcombing layering stamp set in soft tones. There are coordinating dies, but since I didn't have those, I just fussy cut out the images. I created a background by swiping a blue ink pad directly across my cardbase, then added texture by stenciling over the top in soft green using the new Wonky Chevron stencil, then adding some gold splatters with my starry colors palette. I then arranged the shells over the top, curling up the edges, and adhering with a mix of liquid glue and foam adhesive. I added a sentiment from the new Bad Day Good Vibes stamp set, using two tones of brown ink for an ombre effect on the stamping, and black ink for the smaller sentiments. Finished off with some sparkly Stickles over part of the images, a rounded corner, and a few soft green clear drops to finish off! Here are more photos of the finished card:

Floral Birthday Wishes - Simon Says Stamp Be Bold Release IG Hop

Good morning! Today I'm joining a fun Instagram hop to celebrate the Be Bold Release from Simon Says Stamp! Lots of inspiration to be found, and some great prizes as well! Head over to my Instagram HERE to check it out! But as always with an Insta hop, there are only so many details you can get in that tiny caption, so I always like to do a full blog post with ALL the details!

I used 3 different colors of Concord and 9th cardstock, and then chose Pawsitively Saturated inks that coordinated with the cardstock, tone on tone, but slightly deeper, I blended around the outer edges of the panels, and then in the centers of each flower. This helped the embossing to pop! I added some splatters of the white gold color from my Starry Colors palette, a few sparkly Iridescent clear drops to the centers of the flowers, and some birthday sentiments from the Birthday Basics stamp set, cut with the coordinating dies, and mounted with foam adhesive. Here are more photos of these finished cards:

Seeing Stars - Pretty Pink Posh 10th Birthday Blog Hop Day 5

Good morning! I'm so excited today to be joining Day 5 of the release blog hop for the 10th Birthday Pretty Pink Posh release. It's such a fun one, not surprisingly with a birthday theme - and I was super excited to play with all the cuteness included! Keep reading for more details on my cards, as well as hop and giveaway info at the bottom!

And since it's a birthday party, you know there have to be gifts, right? Use the code CELEBRATE10 to receive 10% off your order, and also check out the free gifts with qualifying orders:

I made a couple of very similar cards for the January release, but using the heart version of these two dies. I loved how they came out so much that I decided to keep a similar template for these cards - and switch up the colors to be a tad more masculine. I cut the Star Cover Plate die from white carstock, and used the main part to create a window shaker, filled with the fun Bright Rainbow Clay Confetti, and backed with some pattern paper to set the confetti off. I added a sentiment over the top, heat embossed in white on black cardstock from the new Sentiment Strips: Birthday stamp set, and die cut it with the previously released Sentiment Strips dies. Then for the second card, I used the Pierced Stars Plate die for the background. I ink blended the stars from the previous card in blues and sage greens, alternating the colors from soft to deeper. I layered them down with a mix of liquid glue and foam adhesive for dimension, and added a good splatter of gold with my Starry Colors palette. Finished off with another of those sentiments, hand trimmed into a banner on this one. Here are some more photos of these two cards:

Pretty Pink Posh January 2024 Release - Blog Hop Day 3

Good morning! I'm so excited today to be joining Day 3 of the release blog hop for the January Pretty Pink Posh release. It's such a fun one - and I was super excited to play with all the cuteness included! Keep reading for more details on my cards, as well as hop and giveaway info at the bottom!

This release is SOOO cute and fun! I mainly featured the new Heart Cover Plate die and Pierced Hearts Plate die - and added sentiments with Sentiment Strips: Valentine Stamp set, and some shaker filling with the new Sweetheart Shaker Beads and Valentine Hearts Clay Confetti.

First off, I created a shaker with the main piece using the Heart Coverplate die. I added some pattern paper behind it, then created individual shaker windows, so I could alternate the shaker fillings. I definitely had to use the adorable hearts that cut out of that background die - and I love that each one had a specific and fun design on it! I swiped each one with colored ink, then added some white and gold splatters for texture. I used the Pierced Hearts Plate die for a background, and then adhered all those hearts with a mix of liquid glue and foam adhesive. I heat embossed sentiments, and trimmed them into strips, then added those to both cards - also adding a twist of gold thread behind one sentiment. A few Metallic Gold Pearls finish these cards off! Here are lots more photos - keep reading for blog hop and giveaway info!

Nearly 1 Layer Fall Cards - Simon Says Stamp November Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share a couple more cards using the new November 2023 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit -  Cozy Autumn Hugs! This month's kit has a great autumn feel, and lots of fun cozy elements! The included stamp set by the same name has some fun images to stamp as well as some great sentiments, there is a fun embossing folder, a versatile label tag die, a fun layering stencilpretty pattern paper...that's all not to mention the cardstock, embellishments, and more!

I have not one - but TWO cards to share today! First up - who can resist a stenciled fall border in rainbow colors?!? I moved around the layer of stencil one, changing colors, and blending and overlapping colors. I cycled through the same colors twice, which gave a great balanced look to the finished card. For the second layer, I stenciled with a Mocha ink, instead of black, to keep that fall feel. I heat embossed the one larger sentiment, then stamped the secondary one in black. To soften the edges, I used the leftover ink on my brushes around the edges, to just give a soft glow of the same color tones on the leaves. Then I masked off the sentiments, and added a few splatters of gold with my Starry Colors palette. Finished off by adhering this panel directly on my cardbase - nearly one layer, and nice and easy to mail! Here are more photos of this card:

Next up - a little more bold and traditional fall colors! For this I used the stamp set, and randomly stamped different elements, layering up the top layer in black ink this time. For the sentiment, I stamped the larger word in one of the coordinating colors, then added the other sentiments in black. This one is also nearly one layer, and nice and flat and easy to mail! Here are more photos of this card:

Here is a closer look at the entire kit contents - you can see it all HERE:
