TGF Multi Challenge Card

Took a few days off from crafting. My mojo has not been up to much and have woke up feeling rotten this morning. The chores are done so think I will be taking it easy today.

This is another card for the collection. I decided to follow this weeks sketch over at Friday Sketcher, and the colours over at Passion for Promarker Challenge which are "Blossom" & "Pastel Green". The Floral Stamp is a Dawn Bibby one, and have coloured with this weeks colours. I just love this stamp from TGF, of course it was uninked (like most of my stamps).Have used my deep MS Punch, 1st one of these I have bought and the MS butterfly punch which I totally love. The bow is some mesh I got from Ribbon Box. You can do so much with this stuff as its bendable so I made a quick bow by twisting in the centre.

Multi Challenge Card

Here as promised is the finished card using another new image from the LOTV. I got my order in first thing yesterday. These stamps are perfect for the LOTV Challenge and this week we have a fantastic sketch for you to play with.

Another 6 x6 card. Really dont use anything else nowadays and have for the first time used the new BG Sugar Rush which I think are gorgeous papers. Image coloured with Copic Markers and have used a faux stitch stamp. Flowers and Ribbon from stash.

Oh, and I got another Top 5 from Cupcake Crafts, thanks girl...

LOTV DT Card and a few challenges

This week over at LOTV we have a fantastic sketch for you to work with. I had so much fun making this card and managed to get my nesties out for a change. This is another sneak peak of one of the many new releases on the 25th January. A pleasure to colour and so cute!

The papers are the new BG Origin and thought the colours were perfect for this card. Coloured with Copics and a MS punched Butterfly. My MM Slice decided not to play ball and I didnt want a wonky tag so I made this myself using the MS corner punch I took delivery of yesterday. Told myself I was on a ban. Well, 3 weeks wasn't bad. The sentiment is an old stamp I found in a draw while looking for something else, always the way but I do like this, think its only been inked the once.

Anyway, do take a look at what crackers the rest of the DT have come up with this week, I bet you'll love this sketch as much as I did.

As usual, this card fits in with a few other challenges, so another deep breathe!

ANYONE A MAC USER WHO KNOWS HOW TO CAN OFFER SOME HELP TO SOLVE MY PIXEL PROBLEM?

I'm not able to post cards at times as the pixels are too high and would really like to know how to sort this probem so I can add to forums etc. Resizing doesn't seem to make any difference!

Infact, if you have any tutorials for anything Mac related pass them here.

LOTV Sneak Peak and Challenges

Well I finally got round to posting a card and had to go with one of the new images which are due for release from the LOTV Shop on the 25th January. This is "Rosie Posy" and defo one of my favourites. Shes been coloured with Copic Markers and Spica Pens. If you click on the above photo you'll be able to see it alot clearer. I loved the sketch over at Cupcake this week so have used this for the card.

I so love making Easel cards and this is for Zoes best friend who is 8 this week so wanted to make something a bit special. Papers are BG, flowers from stash. MS Punches for leaves and border and the calendar is Maya Road.

Yay, back to blogging!

I've been such a bad blogger and am so sorry I've not been around to visit. Hopefully I'm getting back on track and made this quick card for my BIL who's birthday was last week. Yes, he is better known as Uncle Dippy to the children.

This is my new Ian from TGF, fresh out of his wrapper. Coloured with Copics and Lyra polycolour Pencils. The papers are BG and tiles are papermania. Quite a simple card, but time was limited today.

This card fits into at least 4 challenges which are Crafty Cardmakers, The Pink Elephant, Sassy Designs, Charisma, Cards for Men and Crazy4Challenges.

My poor blog has been so neglected I been wanting to post for days now.

Still getting used to the new camera. I'm sure I can improve the quality but a major improvement on the old one so am happy for the moment.

Hoping to do some blog hoping this evening and hopefully my mojo will return sooner rather than later and be back in full swing.

Happy New Year To All My Friends!!!!!!

Wishing all my blogging buddies all the best for the New Year. Wishing you well and sending you my best wishes!

Today I done a roast with all the trimmings and more Christmas Crackers, the pounds are piling on so lots of salads on the horizon, just gotta empty the box of nibbles I've overstocked on.

I decided to take a blogging break over the christmas period. Not often my husband is around so am making the most of family time. We went to my BIL's Christmas Day and ended up staying 5 Days and I've hardly been near my computer but normal services will resume soon.

Ohh, and I finally got a new digital camera for Christmas. Its a Nikon and has loads of settings and does take brilliant piccies so am hoping I will get to grips with it soon. I love the big zoom lenses I got too!! Lots of practice I think.

Anyway, take care everyone and thanks for supporting my blog. I've made some great friends and cant wait to get back to my crafting.
