Good for the ladies.

--The ladies of St. James' Church up to take time, have made upwards of 70 tents, and any quantity of clothing for the soldiers. They work, we learn, at their Lecture Room from 8 A. M. to 12 o'clock, at night, few, if any, of them ever stopping to take dinner. Each tent made by them, after being finished, is named — the motto being painted on a piece of canvass and cowed on. The Virginia ladies have an irrepressible enthusiasm and a patriotism that knows no such word as surrender.
