Fort Pickens.

--A letter has been received in Lynchburg from Pensacola. The writer is of opinion that Fort Pickens cannot hold out against the Confederate forces for more than twenty-four hours, as Gen. Bragg has erected batteries that will enable him to throw so many shells into the works every minute, that the garrison must be smoked cut, even if the casemates are not destroyed.
