Incendiary documents

--Judge Fulton, of the Wytheville District, has given notice to all the postmasters in the respective counties of his Judicial circuit, that if they shall permit any documents, written or printed, calculated to give aid and comfort to our enemies, or to incite our slaves to insurrection and rebellion, to be distributed through their several post-offices, that he shall hold them amenable to the law in such cess made and provided, and enjoins upon them the duty imposed by law, to have all such documents burned in the presence of a Justice of the Peace.
