I survived Cami's birthday week/weekend shenanigans. *Phew* I get a little bit of a break before starting back with Mason's birthday next week. This week Nick is going to be on a business trip to Florida, so we are having a meatless Monday. I'm pretty excited about it and I won't be telling the kids there is no meat, so they won't "complain" either. I'm really looking forward to Friday's copycat recipe for Garbage Plate! YUM!

Monday
Vegetable Bolognese // Rosemary Bread
cauliflower, carrots, crimini mushrooms, onion, walnuts (1C), 28 oz. crushed tomatoes (2), sundried tomatoes*, nutritional yeast?, thin pasta,  // fresh rosemary, salted butter (2T)


Tuesday
Blueberry Breakfast Quinoa // Light Chipotle Chicken & Cheese with Pineapple Pico de Gallo
milk, quinoa*, blueberries, sliced almonds?, honey* // tortillas, LC Queso Fresco & Chipotle cheese, chicken tenderloins, taco seasoning, lime, grape tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, pineapple

Wednesday
Snickerdoodle Crumble Donuts // Cheeseburger Soup
egg, milk, unsalted butter (1/2C), white chocolate chips (1 1/2C), heavy cream (3/4C) // ground beef, onion, carrots, celery, salted butter (4T), potatoes (4), cheddar cheese (2C), milk, sour cream (1/4C)

Thursday
Crispy Cheddar Chicken (two sides?)
chicken breasts, Ritz crackers, milk, cheddar cheese (3C), cream of chicken soup, sour cream*, salted butter (2T)

Friday
Garbage Plate
onion, ground beef (2), tomato paste, American cheese, home fries, macaroni and cheese, onion, Italian bread

Saturday
Cherry-Topped Cheesecake
graham crackers*, unsalted butter (4 Tbsp.), cherry preserves*, cream cheese (3), eggs (4), cherry pie filling* 

Sunday
Individual Cheese Danish // Jaegarschnitzel (2 sides)
crescent rolls (2)?, cream cheese, lemon, sour cream, blueberry filling, unsalted butter (1T) // pork chops, panko breadcrumbs, salted butter (2T), bacon, eggs (2), shallots (2), mushrooms, red wine*, sour cream (1/2C), beef stock (2C), Italian parsley
