Welcome back to Tasty Thursday!!
I'm gonna be totally honest here...there were two reasons I saved this recipe to try: 1) The picture from the original poster. DROOL! 2) The name of the blogger (scroll down for that one!). I went to the link and was a little weary of the mint, but I have to say, it was a really good burger. I was impressed at how well the mint went with other herbs and worked to make the flavors better.

What you need:
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 to 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 10 to 15 leaves fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Mix together and form into 6 to 8 patties.
Cook in your preferred method.
Top with fixings, like cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, and pickles.

Thanks so much for hosting each week!
This looks yummy. I think I might try it with ground turkey instead of beef!
