Dig it, Groove-ophiles! Are you in the mood for some cowboys and dinosaurs? Today's edition of Science Fiction Theater, features Jack Sparling's adaptation of director Jim O'Connolly's classic 1969 western-fantasy The Valley of Gwangi. The movie on which the comic is based was conceived by King Kong animator Willis O'Brian and features the stop-motion wizardry of Ray Harryhausen. Sparling's adaption appeared in Dell's Movie Classics #880 (September 1969). Got your popcorn ready? Then awaaaaaaaay we gooooooo!
