This is a wreath I was asked to create for friends boss for Christmas. I found the gorgeous grape wreath at Hobby Lobby and it still had a lot of dry leaves on it. I used burlap wired ribbon to wrap and found fake grapes and a purple pointsettia at Hobby Lobby. I didn't want to make it to Christmasy so they could leave it out during the year if they wished. 
The corks came in a container from Bed Bath and Beyond and the wine bottle ornament from Cost Plus. I added a few little crystal stems and a metal H for their last name.
Also a few little wine signs from a scrapbooking embellishment kit on clearance.
My friend and the receiver were really happy with the wreath so it was a great success.
I have even had a few others ask me for custom wreaths now.
